It could ban the wholesale “legal” slaughter in a heartbeat by lifting the unconstitutional ban on the states from enacting anti-abortion laws.

No, the Supremes could reverse Roe vs. Wade but that would not derail the legal abortion train. The ungodly will keep killing their offspring wherever their hearts direct them. More than half the states would still keep abortion legal and what would be the limits in penalty for those who offend where it was illegal ? Can anyone involved be executed ?

Also, by stopping the unconstitutional federal funding of planned parenthood, et al.

Concur; why should we be taxed to fund someone else's sin, or choice ?

This is 100% WRONG!

Read the Roe v. Wade decision sometime, it is explicitly stated that if personhood of the baby is established then 14th Amendment protection is guaranteed. And this FACT is not only in the decision, it is acknowledged by ALL PARTIES.

So, the only question is whether or not the baby is a person. However, if someone is to contend that the baby is not a person, what is it?
