Actually, I learned many years ago that self cleaning oven, builders standard cabinetry and dry behind said oven is NOT a good mix.

Love Viking...but my humble Yinzer kitchen is more a Maytag/Kenmore kinda place. Actually a Viking wouldn’t fit...w/o new cabinetry, and of course that means new counter tips...and I’d like an island...so floor would have to be redone...
