http://www.nbcmiami.com/news/George-Zimmerman-Due-in-Court-for-Bond-Hearing-in-Trayvon-Martin-Case-148238565.html
I saw that the broken nose was mentioned by the defense. Did the prosecution mention/acknowledge that injury?
Moving on to the motion for bail... CNN commercial... I wish I could get this feed outside of the Communist News Network.
I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve sat through hundreds of bond hearings. Usually the judge reads the pc and weighs the totality of the circumstances. Ie seriousness of crime and flight risk.
making bond requiest now...he’s entitled to a bond. what conditions of release...family is of short means..I wish o’mara would be alittle more bold in asking for a low bond.
$15k is asked. allow gz to leave the state. retain confidentiality. gps....
Is it normal to be chained up like that?
The officer on the stand made reference to the “alleged” broken nose. Zimmerman’s attorney offered him the hospital records but than turned to the prosecution table and said it was better that they had them.
In his apology, George also stated he didn’t know if Trayvon was armed or not & that he thought he was older, only little younger than him.
Any thoughts??
Yes for Hannibal Lector.
O’Mara now asking for $15K bail money..surrendered passport..asking to allow Zimmerman to leave the state with “nationwide” GPS and strict secrecy of his location.
Yep..
prosecution claims they have no evidence of a broken nose...o’mara offered the guy the medical report!
Attorney now attacking the second degree charge with the Judge. “it is not a second degree murder charge just because the state’s attorney says it so”.
Omg... they are painting him as a violent monster... like the NBKKK.
He doesn’t sound quite so cocky now.
Judge is speaking now.
Here comes the decision...
Zim’s attorney is questioning the investigator: do you have any evidence that conflicts with Zim’s statement that Martin started the fight? The investigator was very determined not to say “no”, but after being presented the same question four or five times, he eventually had to.
I’ve heard that Trayvon was looking into windows of many different homes...how is that minding your own business as the asst AG is asserting?
