Allen West’s comments that there are nearly 80 Communists in the House just won’t go away. And CNN is making sure of that.
CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien, for example, had a testy exchange with West on Thursday morning, confronting him on the remarks and demanding he “name names.”
From the beginning, O’Brien was combative, vehemently disagreeing with Allen West regarding Ted Nugent’s controversial recent comments. Then they turned to West’s own remarks. After playing the clip, O’Brien asked him about it, and West said that Communists have “renamed themselves progressive” but the ideology has stayed the same. You got it. It ticked me off the other day when Chris Wallace was showing an interview he had with his dad Mike Wallace who recently died. Mike Wallace was uttering his typical liberal rants and then ended by saying that despite what we may say liberals are patriots too.
So was Jane Fonda a patriot? Is Bill Ayres a patriot?
Are all the democrat commies patriots?

Oh, he could have run with this so well.
“Well, Soledad, since you and so many others in your network and the media positively adore such people and their anti-American views, I would think identifying them would be very easy for you. Basically, if they have similar or more leftwing bias than you do, they are probably communists. Any of them come to mind, or are you forgetful all of a sudden?”
My first thought as well...
though the communist remark was about members of congress, he could very well name members of the media.

From the article, she whipped out the list of the progressive caucus and started naming the names on that list, demanding that West answer as to whether they were communists.
One was Keith Ellison. I don’t think there would be much case to prove that he was anything BUT a communist.
Obviously, the “race card” holds no weight against him,
but he still seems a bit intimidated by the “McCarthyism” card.
Even if they are not genuine members of the communist party, the progressives are sympathizers of marxism, communism, socialism, and statism.
Why didn’t she just have the thing in her ear tell her? It tells her everything else. Or does she not trust it anymore after the Critical Race Theory flap?
The narrative is correct, the facts about the old man, well, I dunno, since I was just free wheeling and bam, they came to me.
