GOd I loathe when non-lawyers think they are lawyers. Affidavits for prob cause are nothing BUT allegations not yet put to the test in Court.

Pity the Media is even going to cover this trial.

Its not about what the affidavit says, but who gets it

It will be sufficient for a liberal judge
It will be sufficient for a RINO judge

Perhaps a courageous conservative judge would throw it out. But of course would then have to be prepared for death threats, wanted dead or alive posters, riots, drive by shootings at his or her house, insane media lies told about him or her, and a lot more.

The judge's “conflict of interest” claim is valid but her offer to recuse herself also comes from the realization that the state doesn't have a case. This hot potato may go from judge to judge until one of them has the guts to sh*tcan it.
