Prison Inmate Sues Hospital Over Circumcision As A Newborn
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (April 17, 2012)--South Dakota prison inmate Dean Cochrun is suing the hospital where he was circumcised as a newborn, claiming the procedure has robbed him of his sexual prowess.
The suit asks for $1,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.
Cochrun is acting as his own lawyer.
The lawsuit also requests that his circumcision be reversed.
With some adjustment to the lawsuit, I think he could have a pretty good case. He needs to claim the circumcision was performed just below his brain stem. Who wouldn’t believe that!
Nope. Research in Africa has shown that circumcision significantly (by 60%, or something like that) reduces the risk of contracting or transmitting HIV.
The suit asks for $1,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.
Wheres he filing, Small Claims?
Latest report is that the Court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim. They called it a “de Minimus” suit.
;-)
If he has no sexual prowess now a skin graft won’t magically bestow it upon him.
Man walked into the doctor’s office and asked for help to cure his stutter. The doc checked him over, sent him out for tests and consultations with specialists, and gave him a potential solution. He would need to take 2/3rds off his ‘equipment’ to cure it.
Guy left and thought about it, then came in the next day and said: “O K K K K, D D Doc c - l l l l let’s d d do it.”
Into the hospital he goes, and the procedure is done. Doc goes in the next day, and the guy said: “Wow - many thanks, Doc! No stutter; just amazing. They tell me everything checks out and I’ll be fully healed in a few days. Thanks again!”
Well, a month later, the guy goes back to the Doc. “Hey Doc - much as I appreciate what you’ve done for me, my wife is not happy and wants me to get my equipment back as it was. Will you arrange that for me?”
“G G G Gee - I I I I I d d d don’t t t think k k I I I c c c an!”
Male circumcision, also, helps prevent the spread of HPV which can cause cervical cancer in woman.
Touche!
He should get an extra year in prison for bringing this BS to a court.
Makes sense. Less gunk of any kind goes from one partner to another.
