Are there certain words that are always unlawful? No. Offensive words may be profane and/or indecent depending on the context. In the Golden Globe Awards Order, the FCC stated that it would address the legality of broadcast language on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the context presented, use of the F-Word or other words as highly offensive as the F-Word may be both indecent and profane, if aired between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

I’m also amazed at how unknowledgeable and uninformed he is, and yet he acts like a know it all. All he really knows how to do is run a campaign in the ground (Mondale/Ferraro).

I fear that Fontova is taking Beckel too seriously.Since posting this, I've seen Beckel come out wearing tie-dye, sunglasses, and other clown suits, so I must have been right.Beckel's "Che" remark was probably what he thought was a cheap throw-away line intended to antagonize the person he was "debating."
Beckel has reduced himself to the role of Liberal Clown, making the most outrageous and unsubstantiatied defenses of anything liberal, more as a parody than to be serious.
Watching Beckel these days is like watching Requiem for a Liberal. Maybe Beckel will even come on one night wearing a Che tee-shirt, just like when Anthony Quinn wore an indian chief costume in the final scene.
