I dont understand why they are holding him. Hes not a threat to anyone else. I think there should be a different place to hold "the accused". They shouldn't be held with the convicts. I also don't understand why he is not allowed to watch television and is held pretty much in solitary. He is not guilty of a crime at this point, so he shouldn't be treated as such.

It's all meant to prevent Rodney King II.An "uncourageous" act for sure. However, you know as well as I do that if Florida hadn't charged him Attorney Corporal Holder would have...in a heartbeat.Zimmerman has a better chance with a state jury than a Federal one,IMO...a *much* better chance. This case will take a long time to resolve in FL and,if he's acquitted, the Attorney Corporal might not feel the need to indict (no political gain from doing so)...and might not even be *able* to,having been,by that time, reduced to the level of civilian ambulance chaser by the voters.
I hate to nitpick...but are you aware that there are SPACES after a comma, and after a period at the end of a sentence? This reads like one long sentence, with punctuation placed randomly. Hard to take your comments seriously when written this way.

I tend to think he is confined to solitary, for his own protection. That, however, would not stop inmates from rattling their cages and screaming insane things to intimidate him 24 hours a day.

I must say I think that Governor Rick Scott (R) was a total jackass to get involved in this, by appointing a Republican special prosecutor who has now put Zimmerman in jail with a flawed affidavit.Gay State Conservative: It's all meant to prevent Rodney King II.An "uncourageous" act for sure. However, you know as well as I do that if Florida hadn't charged him Attorney Corporal Holder would have...in a heartbeat.
On what charge? It's only if Zimmerman is convicted in FL that Federal hate crime laws come into play.
cicero called it right. This is cravenness and should be condemned as such.

That is what I am thinking. He should be completely segregated . He has a bounty on him, thanks to Holder.

That wold presume you are dealing with reasonable people...and there aren’t too many of those in a prison.. He should be out on bail and in a protected location. Why no bail here????

Zimmerman can be charged with a Federal civil rights violation at any point, no state conviction required.

Capt Zimmerman, like police officers who end up in jail on trumped up charges, should be in protective custody or simply released on PR bond.

It is politically necessary that he be tried and convicted as close to October, November 2012 as possible.<<
I see it exactly opposite...he must rightfully be set free to motivate the “plantation”....OPPPS...I meant the "base" to be politically correct.....Thats how u move elections!!!!
