Brilliant, breaking into a Marines’ house. Rocket scientists, go figure.
Thing is, the odds are better than most places that in Jacksonville, NC, the house you burglarize will belong to a Marine.
After reading a few other stories from local news sources, it looks like these two weren’t the only ones in the house with the two Marines and one other individual came home at 0200. One of the Marines had “a visible injury” to his arm, supposedly from a shotgun.
Another intruder was recently shot and killed by a Marine in the area in an unrelated incident.
I think the breaking and entering biz is getting pretty dangerous in and around Camp Lejeune.
