[history]
The Miami-Dade Fire-Rescue Department is investigating a Facebook post by one of its captains that seems to blame the shooting death of Trayvon Martin on the "shi*tbag parents" of "our urban youth," and the "ghetto hoodie look" of young black men like Martin...

What jobs would that be?
I mean, when was the last time either one of these guys did any real work for wages?

Could the George Zimmerman issue be the iceberg that sinks the Obama WH just like a real iceberg sanked the Titanic? I do think so! Think Elian Gonzalez in 2000. That nasty little affair drew off so much of the Cuban vote that Gore ended up losing Florida by just a teeny-weeny bit, which cost him the election. This could be almost exactly the same thing, with the overall hispanic vote affected.

Funny, I have a few black friends who feel exactly the same way and say exactly the very same thing this captain said. The problem is, he and I can’t say it like they can say it. A bit of a double standard there you know.

white people need to start sticking up for themselves and for those who express the thoughts and feelings akin to their ownTheir voting behavior shows them incapable of doing this.

I think where your analysis is questionable is that so many whites in 2000 just saw little Elian as an unwanted illegal immigrant who should go back to “his father,” rather than a victim of communist political persecution. Similarly, in 2005 many viewed Terri Schindler Schiavo of FL as an unwanted woman on life support, and she was neither. The American people are too confused to understand the simplest points.

Exactly!
They are excoriating him for saying the VERY SAME things that Bill Cosby has said!

Ditto. That and the brilliant concept that throwing $$$ and subsidies at the lazy and parasitical would turn them into productive and contributing citizens vs the reality: making that class an institution beyond reproach.

Oh, c’mon. That department was offering a service to another community who couldn’t field their own department. The $78 (or whatever it was) they were asked to pay is far less than the taxes I pay to support our local department, yet I still consider it money well spent.
Our Democrat council recently came up with the bright idea to cut one shift of police protection to free up money to blow elsewhere. They asked the neighboring town’s police department to cover that shift and were told to go flip sand. And rightly so. “Our taxpayers don’t pay to protect YOUR community.” I see no difference between the two.

"I mean, when was the last time either one of these guys did any real work for wages?"Good point....
It's beyond ludicrous that BOTH are supposedly "Reverends", while they stir up the tribes and pocket "donations" and "non-profit" handouts of tax dollars, dressed in Pierre Cardin suits and traveling 1st Class....
Their "Gospel" is "WHITEY OWES YOU A LIVIN', if he don't wanna give it to ya, you go TAKE IT....it's your RIGHT"
