The scandal involving at least 11 U.S. Secret Service personnel that began Wednesday in Colombia could be much larger than initially reported, a Republican lawmaker said Sunday.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), whose panel maintains jurisdiction over all federal agencies, said he had reason to believe that more than 11 Secret Service personnel were involved but never specifically explained why.

There are strong rumors floating that Boehner is holding up the investigation (F & F). Boehner , full of rightious indignation, emphatically denied it.....which means Boehner is lying. I think Boehner wants to bring it out in the fall.

A most peculiar situation that has suddenly appeared. & The information about it doesn’t really make sense.
Based on the overall crookedness of Obama&Cronies, the explanation by combat_boots (Post #24) is the most plausible one.

The real problem is that if this has been going on for a while then there are clearly security breaches within the SS. How many of these could be compromised by using this personally embarrassing information against them? Kinda’ like being a closeted gay used to be.
I had always thought the Xander Berkeley part in the movie “Air Force One” as a traitor was a hyper exaggeration on the part of Hollywood, but now I’m not so sure.
Somebody wake me up if evidence of sexual assault, intimidation of witnesses, obstruction of justice, purjury, or rape surfaces.

Honestly, is anyone surprised at this scandal? Obama has empowered this type of low-life behavior. He’s had human scum in the White House (Jay-Z) and appeared at fundraisers where Cee-Lo shoots the finger and shouts out f-bombs. JFK had Pablo Casals perform, now we have the depths of humanity appear with the president. “Wha’s the bitches and hoes?”
Theoria posted yesterday that he has friend working there (what capacity?) and that the accusations are correct.
I’d like more confirmation one way or another since anyone can claim anything. Needs more verification one way or another.

We already know politicians are a pack of thieving-liars. We just need verification of who they be in cohoots with.

I have to wholeheartedly AGREE. He hasn't even so much as FRIED a snail, let alone prosecute anyone.

I have several friends done there right now. Brace yourself for hotel videos of SS fondling and touching the official Colombian welcome party girls. These SS were the advanced team, their jobs were pretty much over anyway, that was one of the reasons they were partying. But, they and some of our SF guys got out of hand.
This has really pissed our Colombian friends. Total lack of professionalism. The only thing similar I can think of at the top of my head was back during the Salt Lake City Olympics some SS got arrested by local police for causing problems.
But nothing on this scale.
