You didn't hear about this is the media, but on the weekend of March 24th and March 25th at least seven white people were brutally beaten by mobs of blacks in Grand Rapids, MI. Five of the victims filed police reports. At least two other victims exist, and there are probably others. The local media has refused to report the cruel attacks and the authorities are resisting any serious charges. I talked with one of the victims, 37 year old Jacob Palasek. He is a full time student and does computer work part time. He was attacked by a wolf pack of thugs on the corner of Sixth Street and Broadway in Grand Rapids, Michigan just after midnight on March 25th. The location is a mix of stores, offices, and residential neighborhoods. Jacob lives near where he was attacked. As he was walking to his apartment, he saw three black males loitering. One was on a bicycle. The suspect on the bicycle rode up beside him. Suddenly the thug smashed him in the side of the head with a chain. He was hit two or three more times in the head with the chain before he broke loose and ran to the nearest home.

What angers me is that liberals just assume that conservatives hate black people, when remarks are made against these black hoodlums. I, like many others on this forum, think the black punks who attack whites are scum of the Earth. I also grew up around blacks, had black best friends, have some black relatives, and worked closely with blacks. Some of them are "oreos" (a slang term that means white on the inside), while others are hard ghetto types.
Growing up in the ghetto damaged a lot of blacks. Some are decent down deep in their heart and manage to avoid doing evil. But some are just plain bad. Hard to tell the difference unless you really get to know them, so it's best to be wary and be on guard. I've had a couple threaten to shoot me, but both times we worked things out and became friendly. Them having a chip on their shoulder doesn't necessarily make them evil; they just have a different mindset than people who grew up in middle-class suburbia. Just saying, be wary.
Not likely liberal much longer.

This is what the Zimmerman case is about. It is to send a message to Whites that shouls a White be attacked by a Blacl and the White defends himself successfully, Said White will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. To the Blacks the message is, Sic Em!!!!!!!!! If they resist, the law will handle them.
Go back and read through th Zimmerman threads and lok at the number of members of this forum that are leading the charge to hang Zimmerman.

On Sunday 3/25/2012 at approximately 12:20AM, in Grand Rapids Michigan, near Sixth Street and Broadway, I was beaten with a large chain five to six times in my temple area (I could have died). This was for no reason other than that I am white. They did not rob me they just called me a white piece of shit and said I deserve it what I was getting. They did not only beat me but four to six others for the same reason (i.e. no robbery just racial hatred).
I was told by the detective that those kids being about 16 or 17 will get no jail time for beating me with a chain and calling me a white piece of shit while they did it.
So, if I was 17 and I beat 5 different black kids on five different occasions in a 48 hour period with a thick chain to their heads, all the while calling them “niggers”, what do you think would happen to me? Would they give me just boot camp, like the detective said, or would I be in prison for hate crimes and multiple accounts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill?
Why won’t they be charged as adults? Are not 5 counts of assault with a deadly weapon and 5 counts of ethnic intimidation enough for you to prosecute them as adults and enforce the laws of the State of Michigan regarding such matters?
I demand, as a citizen of the US and of the State of Michigan, that you uphold my civil rights. I demand that the people who beat me, and could have killed me, for no other reason than my color, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for assault with a deadly weapon and ethnic intimidation.

I would argue that George Zimmerman fouled up in several different ways that could have cost him his life, or get him in serious legal trouble, and I’ll explain.
1. Never patrol alone. A Cardinal military rule for very good reasons. Zimmerman lost contact of his target, then lost situational awareness in an unsafe position, so Martin could sneak up on him and jump him.
2. Never rely on just a gun. Guns have a very narrow tactical range of use: speed and ease of use, distance to target, motion of target, ability of target to take a hit without losing momentum, and the list goes on and on.
After analyzing fights down to the millisecond, from a tactical analysis, while a gun is nice, a knife is as good or better. Guns can also be a profound psychological handicap to their user, who might think they impart control, dominance, or overwhelming advantage when they do not.
3. Oddly enough, something Zimmerman did with the police made a lot of experts cringe, because of the incredible risk involved, but for for him it worked. From the very start, without prompting, he told the police the truth, in detail, and volunteered to help them in any number of ways, including a next day walk through before he even had legal representation.
For most situations this is incredibly risky, and not recommended at all. But in his case, the police completely believed him, and everything he says checks out, and his story is set in concrete, and exactly the same every time he tells it.
4. As far as most people in similar situations are concerned, Zimmerman had terrible “public relations luck”, because the media, looking for an excuse, were able to focus on keywords surrounding the incident, namely “unarmed”, “stand your ground”, “profiled”, etc. He needed a spokesman to counter this early on, but didn’t have one, so it snowballed.
A few “counter-keywords” could have quickly shut down this whole circus.

There were too many...even former DA’s. Some were quoting communist websites, and radio shows. It was easy to check.
This happened in my neighborhood too 5 years ago. The kids all got light sentences. The victims were severely injured and a college student studying photography had her sight permanently damaged.
By their inaction, unwillingness to support the honest citizenry, and as such, tacit support for violent criminals, this is creating a very high risk for vigilantism.

There are big differences between poor people rioting and what middle class people do. Those differences are as great as what the “Occupiers” did vs. what the Tea Party did.
And importantly, the “Occupiers” accomplished nothing but public distaste for their antics. The Tea Party elected a lot of congressmen and senators, and rattled the establishment.
Vigilantism as I’ve described it, is not rioting. It is a request, then a demand, that government do what it is supposed to do. And, in the vast majority of cases, government takes the hint, and reforms itself, or a new government is elected that will.
For any number of reasons, vigilantism is rare, because it only happens when the system of authority has broken down. It is a call for a restoration of order, not chaos. It seeks calmness and normality and public safety. If these exist, the vigilantism movement loses its purpose and dissolves.
The situation as it stands is that local government is in denial. When a group, troop or band of young men gather together with the idea of racially attacking a random citizen, while screaming hate speech, the government dies it was for racial reasons. The police are ordered to not arrest and charge this violent band with appropriate charges, but with lesser ones.
This tempts the formation of vigilantism to protest both the violence, and the unfairly generous treatment of the criminals. Yet a single individual with a gun could smite several such attackers, ala Bernhard Goetz.
And while the powers that be weep and wail and gnash their teeth, calling the shooter a “racist” who “profiled” those who were attacking him, the end result will still be several air conditioned attackers.

I wouldn’t live on the west side in the first place (for example, a few years back a “canner” i.e. a guy who lives on the st and just gets some cash by collecting cans) got jumped and killed for the can equivalent of about ten bucks) but if I had to live there for some reason, I’d be carrying, period. And the news story would have been, “three shots were heard, three dead thugs were found, no witnesses came forward, no leads”.
The people firing back is the good news story of the year out of Detroit. Jesse Jackson should pay attention because it looks to me like the bulk of the would be victims are blacks defending themselves against other blacks.
The victims are primarily urban and liberal.
Nowhere but I know Grand Rapids.

At that point you no longer have a functioning government; I’m sure they have the resources to prosecute you, though, if you stopped paying your tax bill...

That is what has happened in Newark; the new arena doesn’t attract as many people as it was supposed to (in part because the competing one in “white” NJ didn’t close as Newark politicians had hoped it would), and the surge in business expected after dark in the general area is sporadic. The remaining businesses in Newark are squeezed until they head to greener pastures, while new business heading into the are (usually fleeing NYC) simply go to Jersey City instead.
I think the only hope for these cities is the foreigners who come to set up shop in them.

If one did get caught later, an interesting defense could be made over absence of DOJ "civil rights" due dilligence with the "Wanted Dead or Alive" posters. The corrupt-o-crat Eric Holder has rotted the DOJ, it no longer protects the innocent. Innocent are jailed, thugs return to the street before arresting LEO's finish the paperwork.
This slippery slope of news media agitprop "social justice" no longer assumed innocent until proven guilty, it will have consequences. Soon, no reasonable person sticks around for an inter-racial self-defense sitation.
Given the outcome of Zimmerman's experience, we might see an updated version of the S*3 axiom: Shoot, split, shut-up.
