well I don’t think propagation of the race is what is on the guys’ minds at the time.
I don’t know about blanks, but he is right. White birthrates are too low and in the long haul, whites will be out-numbered because of this. I don’t know what the black birthrate is, but the Latinos are significantly higher than the whites.

I have listened to his speeches and he has some good things to say to black people such as being on dependent on the Government and accepting welfare is not good, family is good.
