If you read the article HERE you find a lot of good information. Maps are displayed along with time lines that describe the encounter between Martin and Zimmerman. This is the most detailed account I have seen yet.
A week or two ago another thread asked why no footage had been shown with Trayvon getting his Skittles at the 7-Eleven. I speculated that they didn't want the public to know that this "poor little boy" was actually much bigger than Zimmerman, and no longer a little boy. But there may be another reason; he was never there.
According to the account Zimmerman first saw Martin near the clubhouse; to the west of the altercation and also to the west of where Martin was staying. Now that I had access to maps I did a search. As near as I can tell, the closest 7-Eleven is over 2 miles away - to the east. - 2700 West 25th Street, Sanford, FL.
The linked article also suggests that Martin doubled back specifically to confront Zimmerman. I continue to wonder if the reason Zimmerman thought he was acting suspiciously was because Martin was acting suspiciously. There are reports that women's jewelry and a flat screwdriver were found in Martin's backpack at school, but it was not acted on.
What if Trayvon was roving the neighborhood looking for "opportunity" and saw Zimmerman watching him? Do you suppose that maybe the Skittles toting the little boy who punched the bus driver may have wanted a piece of Zimmerman for trying to stop him?
LOL yea that is one conspiracy .
There actually was a shoplifting gang in NYC that worked that way. They had some black members go into a store and wander up and down the aisles, looking around, and generally acting suspicious. While employees and security had their attention on them, well-dressed white female gang members did the shoplifting.
We live in a time when 1984 is non-fiction.
the rather sad thing is that, you should be able to wander around aimlessly should you so choose without being thought a criminal. Even if you are a kid on suspension who should be home grounded not wandering around the neighborhood. It’s a shame Trayvon was sent to dad when on suspension so he couldn’t hang with friends, but dad decides he’d rather spend the night out with girlfriend than be home with his son. It’s bad that Zimmerman’s experiences led him to suspect everyone, to him calling 911 it seemed over anyone he saw walking about (which seems to be an abuse of 911 when there really isn’t an “emergency” yet).
Was it really 911?

So true! The whole thing could have easily been avoided if Zimmerman had only heeded the order of 911 and not have followed him.
1. The "911" didn't order Zimmerman to do anything. It was merely suggested that he didn't need to do that.
2. A 911 operator has NO AUTHORITY to order a private citizen to do anything.
Maybe, maybe not. The apartments I have lived in all had regulations keeping residents on sidewalks and in common areas like the playground and pool areas. People, particularly minor children, were NOT supposed to be skulking around between or behind units. The reasons for that are obvious and apparent.
I would bet that a condo complex like that one would have covenants like that.
It’s been consistently referred to as 911, but alternately described that he was talking to a “dispatcher” or “operator”. They can advise him, but they certainly aren’t giving him orders that he must follow. Besides, just as Trayvon was free to walk around, so was Zimmerman. It was his neighborhood, and he obviously felt a responsibility to see what Trayvon was up to.
If he had indeed called a community watch liason or officer that would be very different circumstance. But I don’t believe that was the case.
I don’t know what the “rules” are, if any, for a community watch. In my former neighborhood, the deputies came and we had a meeting about setting up a community watch. A couple of the Sheriff’s Deputies gave us their numbers to call them directly if necessary, which I really think is better than calling 911 over “suspicious” behavior. I think that’s how it should be, is the community keeps an eye out, but lets a cop who is familiar with the neighborhood and the residents, handle anything unusual.
Many condos become rental properties so it defeats the purpose of buying a condo.

Obama approves. He has hosted the leader of this racist domestic terror outfit at the White House at least twice.
