Trayvon Martin’s mother Sybrina Fulton told the TODAY show Thursday that she believes her son’s fatal shooting by George Zimmerman was an accident.

“I believe it was an accident, I believe that it just got out of control and he couldn’t turn the clock back," she said.

After taking pictures with the two Flem Flam men..Jackass and Fat Al she thinks it is an accident..after getting the savages(black panthers) in and uproar she thinks it was an accident..Could it be she made lots of money on the tee shirts (enough to retire on) so now it was an accident.. The prosecutor brings charges to make a trial happen so ALL the evidence is presented in court for ALL to see.

Then he is found NOT GUILTY and the state is off the hook...........

The state would still be required to pay all legal costs of Mr. Zimmerman, which is one of the tenants of the Stand Your Ground law.

Part of me thinks that Zimmerman was actually anxious to be taken into custody because at least, in jail, he is safe and has a chance to have all the evidence presented and his side of the story heard.

Her comment makes no sense.

I believe Zimmerman initially followed Trayvon because he was a suspicious person. I beleive when told by the 911 dispatcher that they did not want him following the guy, Zimmerman responded with an “Ok” (clearly audible on the tapes) and proceeded to get an address for the police as he indicated he would.

I believe Trayvon at that point, irritated by being followed had circled back and confronted Zimmermna on his way back to his car.

I believe (based on reading from his twitter and facebook accounts that have been on the net) that Trayvon did deliver a blow to Zimmerman, knocking him down. I believe Trayvon got on top of him and was beating his head into the ground.

I believe Zimmerman ultimately pulled his gun (which there may have been a struggle for, we don’t know) and shot Trayvon, fatally injuring him.

This is consistant with Zimmerman’s story, the eyewitness accounts, and the physical condition Zimmerman and Trayvon were found in.

Now, if autopsy and forinsic evidence exists that flatly contradicts this and proves Zimmerman (for example) shot Trayvon while he was fleeing or some such, then fine, this charge by the special investigator is warranted.

If not, then I believe they are going to lose in court and Zimmerman will be acquitted of any murder or manslaughter charges.

We shall see.

But what we also all know, because we have all witnessed it, is that the New Black Panthers have illegally conspired to kidnap and kill Zimmerman, openly putting a 1 million dollar bounty on his head. They have also abjectly conspired to incete riots and sedition, calling directly for war and blood in the streets and organizing to accomplish the same...and yet THEY are still walking free on the streets of Florida.

That the State DA or the FBI has not acted on this even graver threat is a travety, and sickenly disgusting.

God grant we can turn this cable out in November and right the ship of state beginning next January. Such behavior cannot be tolerated, it will only embolden more such that when any “brother” is killed for almost any reason, we will see bounties and threats of insurrection in an attempt to influence and corrupt our legal system...which is exactly what is happening here.

I believe a deal has been worked out between the Martin family, the prosecutor and Z. Have you noticed that the mother has recently said, that what she really wanted was an arrest of Z... not that she was pushing for a guilty verdict regardless of guilt. They all know now what went down

Wow. I guess she may be smarter than her idiot son was. I wonder how many times the prosecuting DA told her they have no evidence for a murder conviction, yer they will file M2 charges anyway and hope Z pleads down to manslaughter?

No Limit’s mamma strayed off the reservations with this “accident” comment. I’m sure the NBB, the race pimping reverends, and all the other racers would have wanted her to keep chanting the SOS:

“My baby was murdered, he was hunted down like a dog and shot in cold blood for no reason except he was black, and blah, blah, blah.”

The bothersome part, however, is the report that Zimmerman made something like 160 calls to 911 since the first of the year; if true, he was really on a mission.

How ‘bout, “I apologize because things got out of hand, and it was not my intention to murder or even hurt anyone”?

The apology is just a way to put the whole incident and case behind them, even if an apology is not warranted. Better to walk away with some dignity, on both sides, than to continue the protests or to raise the possibility of further violence. The “race pimps” weren’t going to let the matter rest, and so, the prosecutor needed to start the road towards an end, and an apology isn’t going to kill Zimmerman or his family.

They all know now what went down, and they all know the propensity of T pushing the envelope, testing out his growing taste for thuggish behavior in newly actualized adult, brutish body.

Z likely is remorseful, and wishes things had not gone down the way they did, but still, he is left with the proposition, that it was either himself or T that would die that night, and justifiable homicide is everybody’s conclusion. T’s family knows, they knew the path he was choosing, they knew if he didn’t get back to the straight and narrow, he would either wind up dead or going to jail for killing someone, they knew.

You make some excellent points here. Now that charges have been brought, I wonder if all parties will agree to plea down to lesser charges.

If so, what? If you were Zimmerman’s defense team, would you please to Man 3? (Assuming Florida has some low level murder charge like that?)

Would you refuse to cope any plea? And go to trial?

Not what I heard, I heard this report was phony, that the number of calls was less than what you stated and over a period of several years (more than two)... of course not many news outlets have been willing to to give us straight facts or all the facts. The story has been wildly biased and un-objective. Hard for me to know what to think, except that I have my own filter that I see the world through, which I’ll admit can be biased... yet I yearn for truth.

If I interpret Florida law correctly, an accident would be Murder 3...which might be alot easier to prove than Murder 2.

This might be part of a coordinated campaign (not that politics have anything to do with the justice system, right) to get the charges changed to something more likely to get a conviction.

There is a 100% chance of riots no matter what happens.

Ern, I wonder about that statistic.

The shooting was on Feb. 26th, which is only 57 days into the year. Three calls a day seems high to me, and he would have had a talking to by the authorities for excessive calls to 911.

Maybe the number is off; but if the number is somewhat lower, that would be an indication that there were crime problems out there in that community.

I can't recall the number but I am sure it was far fewer calls over the course of more than one year. Like so much the media has reported this too was a lie.

Also in Florida without an arrest, the family cannot sue in Civil Court. The arrest = probable cause even if found innocent in criminal court.
