A Jacksonville business owner is searching for answers following a vicious attack on his son almost two weeks ago inSeminole County,Fla.
Frank Slavin, the owner of Slavin Gallery inJacksonville, told The Daily News Friday that his son Mark Slavin, 50, has been in critical condition and on life support at Orlando Regional Medical Center since the attack on March 26.
“It doesn’t look good for him, it doesn’t look good at all,” he said.

Sheriff’s spokeswoman Cannady said Bender and Israel have prior arrests, many of which are felonies, as juveniles in Seminole County.

The victim’s family is from Jacksonville, North Carolina. The crime took place near Sanford, FL on March, 26. According to the article both perps were from Sanford, FL.
“He said he contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigations in Charlotte to look into the incident, but he said he was advised to get an attorney.
“What do I need an attorney for?” he asked.
He said he has also contacted local legislators to ask for help, including Congressman Walter Jones, R-N.C.; Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C.; and Sen. Kay Hagan, D-N.C., to no avail.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office says they do not believe the attack on Slavin is connected to Martin’s shooting.
“While the investigation is ongoing and we cannot give details at this point, I can tell you investigators from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office do not believe that this attempted homicide had anything to do with the recent events that occurred here in Sanford,” Cannady said. “We do not believe it was in retaliation or racially motivated.”
This poor, grieving father’s search for answers is doomed, unfortunately...

The two “hapless victims of society” are unsurprisingly very well-known to the justice system by dint of their penchant for prior felonies.
Their very dim lights should have been extinguished before this attack ever took place.
Vermin needs to be treated as such, and treated without hesitation or remorse.
Maybe someone will openly place a bounty on the heads of the perpetrators.
This is perfectly okay with Obama/Holder as there is already a precedent.

The witness is scared to come forward again, that is sad but I can’t blame them very much.

The two men face attempted murder charges in that case in Wayne County Circuit Court, where they are accused of shooting at Abreeya Brown and Conaway’s car on Feb. 8. Witnesses have said Cain had been romantically pursuing Conaway.
Worthy said the case serves as a reminder about the importance of witness protection.
“This case represents many of our fears when it comes to vital witnesses in a case,” the prosecutor said. “These women were heroic. They refused to relent and let these defendants deter them from continuing on with their previous case, and they paid with their lives.”
The FBI were all over the shootings of blacks in Tulsa, and couldn’t care less about this black on white crime. At this point,white people who are not armed are kidding themselves.

Mental help? Seek counseling? God bless you, your heart is in the right place but your head needs work. The likelihood of their seeking “help” is zero to none. Keep them locked away where they can’t hurt anyone else, and “counsel” them there!

That begs a question: isn't there a single DOJ employee willing to out the memo setting the no-prosecution-of-black-on-white-as-hate-crime policy? Or was it all word of mouth?

The counseling repeat offenders need can only come from the Lord. I say send them home with a quick injection, they will suffer less pain then their victim(s).
At most, there may be some internal email(s) implying such; doubt there are any official missives to this effect.
Besides, we all know bureaucrats treasure their cushy jobs far more than the Constitution or the well-being of the American citizenry (especially if you’re a white citizen).
I would have taken the fbi’s advice and gotten an attorney—then sued their asses off..

I'm a bit surprised that middle class, and upper class blacks haven't been more vocal in denouncing these attacks. In a way I see a similarity to the overwhelming Muslim silence in the face of jihad. They leave us no opportunity other than to go after them all.

It looks like the community created by the D’rats is coming back to haunt us. Since they broke up the vibrant black families in the 60’s the community has devolved into largely parasites and predators. Once the black community is saturated with them they will spill out into the outlying communities to wreak their havoc there. This will never get better until the black community decides to become productive Americans in stead of African-Americans with the accent on African.
This man can not count on the government for justice. The government is providing protection for the other side. If this man wants justice he’ll have to do it himself or hire it done.
