The military board is the one who has committed misconduct here.

BOTH OBAMA AND OSAMA HAVE
FRIENDS WHO BOMBED THE PENTAGON

_________________________________________________________

From HumanEvents.com, April 29, 2008:
"By all accounts, he [Obama friend and associate, Bill Ayers] was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist in his halcyon days as a Weatherman leader. He and his Weatherman bombers were enamored of Ho Chi Minh, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung -- indeed, all the murderous heroes on the Left. Referring to the Weatherman members in August 1969, he said (according to the FBI): 'We’re revolutionary Communists.'

He got off on the group’s multiple explosions, too, and discusses them rather lovingly in his memoir.

Ideal Bombing Weather:
'Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,' he writes (although he concedes it was really a group effort). 'The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.' (p. 256 in the 2003 edition.)

BOTH OBAMA AND OSAMA HAVE
FRIENDS WHO WANTED TO BOMB FORT DIX

From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
March 6, 1970: "three members of the Weather Underground accidentally killed themselves in a Manhattan townhouse while attempting to build a powerful bomb they had intended to plant at a social dance in Fort Dix, New Jersey -- an event that was to be attended by U.S. Army soldiers. Hundreds of lives could have been lost had the plot been successfully executed."

"The bomb was intended to be planted at a non-commissioned officer's dance at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
The bomb was packed with nails to inflict maximum casualties upon detonation."

2007 Fort Dix attack plot

A group of six radical Islamist[1] men, allegedly plotting to stage an attack on the Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, United States, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on May 7, 2007. They were subsequently charged with planning an attack against U.S. soldiers. The alleged aim of the six men was said to be to "kill as many soldiers as possible".[2] Their trial began on October 20, 2008. [3]

Opening arguments were presented on October 20, 2008.
Assistant U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the defendants were inspired by jihad saying "Their motive was to defend Islam. Their inspiration was Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.

"It was at the Chicago home of [Bill] Ayers and [Bernardine] Dohrn that Obama, then an up-and-coming 'community organizer,' had his political coming out party in 1995. Not content with this rite of passage in Lefty World — where unrepentant terrorists are regarded as progressive luminaries, still working 'only to educate' — both Obamas tended to the relationship with the Ayers."

By Scott Swett and Roger Canfield

"As a gesture of solidarity, the Vietnamese who [Bernardine] Dohrn met in Budapest presented her with a ring made from an American aircraft shot down over North Vietnam. Bill Ayers would receive a similar ring while meeting with Vietnamese communists in Toronto. He later recalled being so moved by the gesture that he 'left the room to cry.' "

I had to bite my tongue during the carter and clinton administrations. The past three years made my decision to retire very easy. The biggest problem with his decision was putting it on a social website.

Believe me, we often had private conversations about what we thought about 0 bummer. Not many in the military think much of him. I knew several officers who were involved with the “fake but accurate documents” about GW Bush. Not a thing happened to them. One even got promoted and then retired a few years later.

What he said was dumb.

For himself, yes but not our country! How novel, someone thinking of our country first and not themselves.

Write a very public post on a very public forum that you will refuse orders from your CEO, and let me know how that free speech works out for you.

Buy a clue, it's NOT about me. My job, now, is somehow equal to our country. How liberal of you.

While you are under the president's command, keep your mouth shut OR be prepared to suffer the consequences.

And that, apparently, applies to talking heads, Congress and the SCOTUS. Everyone is now under the resident's command.

Spare me. How did he help the country?

We don’t flush military professionalism down the toilet simply b/c we don’t happen to like the CinC. Period.

It's not what you *think* that counts.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., a former Marine, wrote a letter to Stein's commanding officer stating the sergeant should not face dismissal for an opinion shared by a majority of Marines. Hunter said he was referring to Stein's statement that he would not obey unlawful orders. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., also expressed support for Stein.

Backed by a team of lawyers and congressmen, Stein has said he is fighting for his constitutional rights and should be allowed to stay in the military. His lawyers and the American Civil Liberties Union contend his views are protected by the First Amendment.

Hunter said he was referring to Stein's statement that he would not obey unlawful orders.

That was a clarification made later. Stein initially said he would not follow Obama's orders. There's a pretty huge difference, don't you think?

I think dismissal is unnecessary, too, but why paint such a huge target on your own back? Can he name a single order by Obama or any other officer that he's been given that WAS unlawful? If not, why even bring it up?

*Spare me* I’m not bring anything up - it’s all about the article and what THEY think - Congressmen, lawyers and former Marines.

I was a 'quick teach' back in July of 1966....that's why I got my ass OUT of the Marine Corps as soon as my two years active was up (Damned leap year!!)summer of 1968.

Back then, they had a re-enlistment rate of zero, other than the lifers who had too much time invested to forego their going on the tit after 20.

I kid you not - my last six months was in the 'company office', and because I was semi-literate, I spent most of my time writing resumes for the old Gunnys and E-9's who wanted to apply for jobs as school bus drivers in Oceanside. WTF.

I am really surprised at the talk of a coup. We have six more months of this clown. Those talking about a coup really need to settle down. We are not some Central African state.

And the last time someone tried a coup Ina world power, we got Yeltsin

“There is a word for that - PATRIOTIC.”

I’ve spent my life in uniform in service to my country. I still wear one so I don’t need to be told what patriotism is. This Marine did something dumb...
