House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Tuesday she’s predicting a six-to-three Supreme Court ruling in favor of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul.
“I have confidence that if we’re talking about the law of the land and our compliance with it that we will be OK,” Pelosi said during a private event at the Paley Center for Media in New York.
“Right now there are over 80 million people who are benefiting from the bill,” the California Democrat added. “We can’t roll that back, so we have to find a way to keep it.”

I never really thought about leaks from the Supreme Court, but you know the top dogs probably do know before big rulings come down.
The vote was leaked to her on April 1...by Scalia.

But, the most serious, impossible provision therein is that the law prevents USA citizens from purchasing personal health care, directly, with their own money ?????!!!!!!?????!!!

In other words, it enables USG to decide whether citizens have the right to _be_ healed; whether they are required to shut up and die when USG decides the treatment for their terminal health issue isn’t provided, ie., allowed. Neither We the People, nor the doctors are even allowed to choose a treatment if USG decides the procedure isn’t covered (allowed). Again, this is even if the people want to use their own money!

hardly make this stuff up.
No one is leaking anything to anyone as no one is acting in any particulate manner that would either show total vindication or abstract defeat.
Why would any Democrat get out there and make a prediction only to look like idiots? Why would Obama get out there and threaten the court if he knew he won?

Well if Obama knew he lost then he would attack them.
Also I think they know he overplayed his hand when he challenged the court as unelected. So now they have to play make nice. The plan was to convince Kennedy to switch sides, but it may have backfired. Also Obama did say when the Supreme Court over tur....then he corrected himself. So He may actually know.
Now they are going to spin like it’s so obvious that it will be a 7-3 decision in support of the law.
