JMHO, if The 0’s tactic is to paint the courts as nasty partisans through the media, some folks need to “turn to smartly”.

Judge....He’s on the Fifth Circuit, right? (Struggling to reconcile a lot of information in my head, and trying to deal with three hours of sleep.)
If he’s on the Fifth Circuit, he’s a Judge. (I’ve a really good friend and former law professor of mine who was appointed to the 6th Circuit by W., and they go by Judge).

People think “request” is softer and friendlier....but do not understand language matters in legal cases. If the administration fails to comply, then the ruling will be effected, as it should be. Would Holder be held in contempt?
from what i read, probably a contempt citation - which means exactly nothing
