A federal appeals court is striking back after President Obama cautioned the Supreme Court against overturning the health care overhaul and warned that such an act would be "unprecedented."
A three-judge panel for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered the Justice Department to explain by Thursday whether the administration believes judges have the power to strike down a federal law.

Obama darn near caused race riots just recently and these judges fear he will turn his Communist Comrades on them.
Since this is supposed to be a Constitutional Scholar, I have even more reason to worry. Has the other two Constitutional selected departments of our government decided to go rouge? Will the Congress and the Courts let this go? Scary - really!
Since the Congress has been taken over by the political parties and the PACS, I guess they figure it's a fight of two against one.
But the citizens will have a really hard time seeing the Supreme Court get even more politicized than it already is. Taking on the court has never been a winning strategy before-but these are unusual times.

I have felt that this administration is spending their time consolidating power. They have no intention of relinquishing what they have won.
When I read about the Executive Oder giving feds the power to declare martial law during times of peace, I figured that was probably that last little piece - except that we are not disarmed.
If they win the election, they’ll continue to work on the little details, which will end up making the take over easier. If they don’t win, then they’ll start a civil war.
The phrase that keeps running through my head - he’ll take over “only if we let him”.
Well, if that is the case, you will be happy to know that the 2nd Amendment is sill in force. We will need it.
I will say that it is really a shame that the Constitution is not taught in schools these days. Maybe the problem has been pinpointed!

The Ayer’s clan got him the job as “lecturer”. I’ve seen a few of his “finals” questions—that he wrote. My, God. The man is a true bird brain.
His is not a matter of understand the Constitution but his education has been how to undermine it.
As long as they don't go mascara I think we'll be OK.
