This democrat cretin Obama is worse than a communist dictator like Chavez or Mugabe.

Obama has piled on 5 trillion $ in debt on us, greatly expanded government size and tyranny, let in illegals, sent our jobs to China, censored the Internet with ACTA, and has committed a million other crimes.

All democrats are marxists especially all the reporters in the mainstream media.

One of these people is about the dumbest to ever be appointed to SCOTUS.

One of these people is about the smartest to ever be appointed to SCOTUS.

And the third is just a dumb arrogant pr***!

Typical lib garbage, natch. ANYthing that goes against their Socialist agenda.....bad. ANYthing that reinforces the Constitution.....bad.

ANYthing that supports their “cause”.....good.

“Hypocritical” just flat doesn’t cover it.

To lay the groundwork for a shameless campaign of anti-SCOTUS recriminations, liberals have begun a coordinated attack on the Court's legitimacy and reputation. Democratic Senators have fired early shots, as have several prominent Democrat Party strategists.

There is an obvious vast left wing conspiracy in play with the Democrats.

To me they come across as Americans ignorant of constitutional law, of the separate, but equal roles of our three branches of government, and of respect for the intelligence of the American people they are supposed to represent and respect.

Interesting how many of the “elected” voted against the will of their constituents. And several lost their seats because of it. (i.e. Blanche Lincoln)

Quite an amazing comment coming from a "Constitutional Scholar."

No, Mistuh Prezident. That's exactly what the Supreme Court is supposed to do. I know, because I looked it up in the Constitution.

One of the major problems with the health care issue is the Republicans have been unable or unsuccessful in articulating and promoting an alternative to Obamacare. The absence of a viable alternative to the current health care mess, makes Obamacare attractive to many of our fellow voters.

The current situation situation is very difficult to work with - portability, preexisting conditions, confusing billing, in and out of network physicians, arbitrary regulations based on averages which tie the doctor’s hands in care are just some of the issues citizens struggle with. Consider a 50+ self employed person who has preexisting cancer (in remission) who moves from one state to another. Try to get health insurance at any price, even from the same insurance company. Alternatively, spend a few months trying to oversee the health care of aging parents including managing their billing. Call your insurance company about a billing problem, spending frustrating minutes trying to work through the computer questions before finally being transferred to a call center in India where you spend hours trying to communicate with someone not fluent in English and not knowledgable about the insurance policy or the treatment.

In the case of health care there is a perception in the populace the Republican position is to do nothing — let the market work it out. People dealing with the system day by day don’t have time for the market solutions (should they ever come) and want relief from the byzantine rules and regulations driving up costs, reducing the quality of care, and making their lives miserable dealing with the system.

It isn’t going to be enough for the Republican nominee and the Republicans running for Congress to simply oppose Obamacare or advocate repeal of Obamacare. The status quo is unacceptable for most voters and Obamacare has not been implemented so the voters don’t know if it will or won’t work. If the Republicans can’t articulate and advocate a superior alternative, I fear many voters will just tune them out on the issue.

Obama: Congress will not do what I want -— so I will do it myself

Obama: The SCOTUS will not do what I want -— so I will do it myself.

Here is the speech I expect to hear as he makes his case to the gathering mob:

The system is broken.
We allow racists to shoot black children without investigation, we allow the weakest to be denied healthcare and we allow the wealthy to prosper while the poor are denied.

We allow oil companies and corporations to get tax breaks while families go hungry.

We treat latinos who come to this country for work, doing the most menial jobs, as invaders.

This nation is broken and it is time for a new constitution to be written. A constitution that reflects our values, reinforces our principles and levels the field for rich and poor, corporation and mom & pop.

The Supremes have utterly failed on several occasions to answer ... or better said, even consider ... two fundamental Constitutional questions brought before them :

Is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.
a Natural Born Citizen as required by Article II?
Is he in office legitimately?

It is supremely ironic that now Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. is calling THEM "illegitimate."

1) We know kagan is above all else... a leftist operative.

2) We know she had some prearranged way to let obama know the preliminary decision of the SCOTUS with regards to obamacare. We know because it fits the dim template. ALL dims are corrupt... they have no soul that belongs to themselves... so they do satan's bidding.

3) If kagan had given obama “good news”, the left would not be sending Soprano styled love notes to the SCOTUS. We may not KNOW anything... but we have more than enough data to make a well balanced and grounded prediction.

Not much different than what I heard Leftist Talk Radio host Mike Malloy say last Friday. He used his show to say the Supreme Court is now “illegitimate” and should be done away with, because 9 “unelected” people should never be able to overturn law passed by congress.

This is the direction the Democrats are going, and der leader is setting the path. The Constitution and our form of Government means nothing to them.

All this BS in the last few days from the Bozo camp leads me to think that his buddy Kagen has given him a preview of how the vote went last week and it is in favor of trashing Bozocare.

So, if it is 5-4 against Obama, unprecedented but if 5-4 with Obama very good and right. Is that how he and the press see it?
