New Hampshire started going libertarian and voting for Democrat liberals. Here is the stupid you get when you flirt with libertarians.

They may have out of state addresses but I’ll bet that you’ll have to go to Hawaii or the Bahamas to find them. This is a common problem in most states.

I bet most of them are drawing food stamps in two or three states. I don’t think the states talk to one another despite Federal tax dollars funding the programs.

Should offer adult orphanages for long term welfare recipients. They could use old Army barracks and have former Drill Sargent manage them.

And I’d bet that same 10% is double dipping in what ever state they are actually in as well.

My estimate is that more that 50 percent of all recipients are illegals or as the government says (should not be receiving aid). This is what we’ve come to. Aid for any and all that apply.

Shouldn’t they be getting food stamps in their wn state?

Okay, many of them probably do. SOme of them get food stamps from 2 different states, I would not doubt.

I heard the Octomom was getting $2000 a month in food stamps. dang.

Question: When you sign up for non-Medicaid food stamps, you have to have an address, I'd presume in NH. How is it possible to have the stamps sent to a NH address, but live outside the state? The only way I can see is you either commute to pick them up for some one who's living at the NH address or that someone at the address is mailing them to you out of state. Either way is fraud.

In IL food stamps are handled with an electronic credit card. You have an EBT (Electronic Benefit Card) that's credited once per month. When you go to the store, you pick out the approved staples and then swipe the state's debit card at the checkout. The amount is debited to your account. The receipt shows what your balance is. If you wipe out the balance, you don't get the new electronic fund credit until your certain day of a given month (example: the 10th).

Benefits continue if you remain out of work or are part-time; they stop when you get full-time work. Benefits are good for six months and then you must reapply.

Down at the Indian casinos in Connecticut would be an easy guess.

Plus a solid third are Acorn crooks, the core of the Obama voters

New Hampshire one out of 10 welfare parasites whoops I meant Obama voters don’t even live in the state. They collect welfare in multiple locations and vote in the same locations for the parasite party.

I love when you see one of these welfare leeches buying beer and expensive luxury foods that I can’t even afford.

We've had a similar problem in Kansas for decades. Only this involves vehicle registration. The people live in Kansas but tag their vehicles in (take your pick, any state is cheaper to tag in). Primarily they tag in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Any of you Freepers that live in Kansas, just look around and see for yourself.

I remember a time when being on welfare in NH looked nothing like it does today. You had to get the price of clothing, food etc. Go to the town office and tell them how much and who you were making the purchase from. They’d issue a check to that party for the exact amount which you’d take back and finish the transaction. The late governor Shaheen changed all that along w/ a liberal legislature. Its been down hill ever since. Too bad b/c NH was a great place to live and raise a family.
