Last time I checked, Zimmerman is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law....

The truth is that Zimmerman gave a statement, witnesses and physical evidence at the seen corroborated his statement. The police released Zimmerman because all the evidence points to justified self defense. But a month after, the race pimps saw an opportunity to team-up with obumber and his msm to exploit Martin's death....and took it.

That’s the thing. Every day there are clear cases of murder 1 and yes even hate crimes. At best this was unpremeditated murder with a lack of a motive. The whole thing is trumped up race baiting.

Here is a web site that gives you the facts from police reports and the FULL 911 calls. Not the lies the media has been putting out.

Click here: Of special interest, Under REPORTS Click on Twin Lakes Shooting Initial Report.

Remember when the policemen who subdued Rodney King were acquitted by a jury, and the mob rioted. The feds stepped in, took over the case, filed "civil rights" charges against the cops and put them in federal prison after a kangaroo court proceeding.

I expect Zimmerman will ultimately be found guilty of the federal crime of "depriving the victim of his civil rights" and sent to federal prison. Can't have race riots yet, we want to save those for the republican convention in August.

On a typical case, police contact the state attorney's office and speak with an on-duty assistant state attorney; they either discuss the matter by phone or the on-duty assistant state attorney comes to the crime scene. Investigators spoke to the on-duty assistant state attorney who did not come to the scene -- but State Attorney Wolfinger did.

Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee, along with Capt. Robert O'Connor, made the decision to release George Zimmerman after consulting with State Attorney Norman Wolfinger -- in person. After a conversation between Lee, O'Connor and Wolfinger, the decision was made to "cut Zimmerman loose".

Homicide investigator Chris Serino filed an affidavit stating that he did not believe Zimmerman's account of the shooting. He recommended charging the 28-year-old with manslaughter, but was advised by Wolfinger's office that there wasn't enough evidence to secure a conviction. Zimmerman was subsequently released.

If true, the account may explain why Wolfinger recused himself from the case, on the same day Lee announced he was stepping aside.

Well then you must not have read all the evidence, the police report for instance and listened to the 911 calls. TM attacked Zimmerman(eye witness accounts), knocked him down, sat on his chest, beat on him, smashed his head against the pavement and then tried to take Zimmerman's gun away from him, at which point Zimmerman was able to shoot the little thug.

Now, the news media and anyone else able to read know this, but the democrats don't want to acknowledge it. Zimmerman fired in self defense, period.
