So much for the claims that the Tea Party is an arm of the GOP.

“So much for the claims that the Tea Party is an arm of the GOP.’

The Tea Party is the successor to the GOP. However there are still a few wheezes and gurgles left in the old elephant, even though most of it has gone necrotic.

We will see the real Romney.Anyone who has paid attention has seen Romney for what he is. His campaign has centered on urban areas that will go to Obama in the fall. In the mean time he's brushed us aside and insulted us. His impending "shake up" and move to the center will put him somewhere between Hillary Clinton and Obama.

Smart kid. I suppose Hannity tried to correct him?

There is no “Tea Party”. There are many Tea Parties.

And that’s the problem.

Although the various Tea Parties did a great job in 2010 organizing support for a whole host of conservatives at the state and local level, they haven’t done much in this campaign to unify conservatives around a single conservative non-Romney [redundancy alert] candidate.

I’m disappointed in the meager role played by the various Tea Parties in this primary campaign.

“His impending “shake up” and move to the center will put him somewhere between Hillary Clinton and Obama.”

That is what gets me. All of these wardheelers and flunkies urging a vote for him because he is supposedly going to be the Republican, NEVER MIND that his record as a governor is to the LEFT of William Jefferson Blythe CLINTON.

If Bishop Willard is the GOP candidate, the REAL Democrat primary will be held in November.

I don't vote for democrats no matter what party they belong to. And any Romney supporter who wants to talk about the democrat plantation has no room to talk.

Sounds like they were shut out. They were courted by the GOP elite when they needed them though; now the liberal GOP core has closed ranks. Would there be a huge outflux of conservatives if the Tea Party became a political party in earnest, though (like how the Whigs defected to the original GOP)?

No I think Hannity was in love with him as the listeners were

What a bright young man...

he had some things to say about Obama too...

Sean had him on for quite a while

Sean even said he would leave and let the little fellow run the show

he was doing such a good job

LOL

If Romney is the nominee, I wish that the Tea Party would start immediately to work on getting a candidate ready and getting on the ballots in all the states for the 2012 election.

I gave up on the republican party a long time ago. I am a Conservative, most definitely not a republican and I most assuredly, will never vote for Romney.

I meant to type 2016 instead of:

on the ballots in all the states for the 2012 election.

Too late now for 2012 but plenty of time to organize for 2016.
