If it had been a white teenager who was shot, and a 28-year-old black guy who shot him, the black guy would have been arrested.
So assert those demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
And they may be right.
Yet if Trayvon had been shot dead by a black neighborhood watch volunteer, Jesse Jackson would not have been in a pulpit in Sanford, Fla., howling that he had been "murdered and martyred."
Maxine Waters would not be screaming "hate crime."
Rep. Hank Johnson would not be raging that Trayvon had been "executed." And ex-Black Panther Bobby Rush would not have been wearing a hoodie in the well of the House.
Which tells you what this whipped-up hysteria is all about.
It is not about finding the truth about what happened that night in Sanford when Zimmerman followed Trayvon in his SUV, and the two wound up in a fight, with Trayvon dead.
It is about the exacerbation of and the exploitation of racial conflict.
And it is about an irreconcilable conflict of visions about what the real America is in the year 2012.
Zimmerman "profiled" Trayvon, we are told. And perhaps he did.
But why? What did George Zimmerman, self-styled protector of his gated community, see that night from the wheel of his SUV?
He saw a male. And males are 90 percent of prison inmates. He saw a stranger over 6 feet tall. And he saw a black man or youth with a hood over his head...

When is there ever a news item that brings the races together?
Buchanan makes a lot of sense here. I’m kind of surprised that RCP actually published his article, actually.
Now?
When Obama ran he used the : “He doesn’t look like any of the other guys on the dollar bills, line.”
For Obama America has only one issue-race.
His focus has brought race relations back to the 50’s.
Buchannan brings out more facts and statistics and speaks the plain truth here.
That only means one thing:
Facts are racist.
Race is the most important issue facing our country and the solution will not be pretty!
He's the genius who feared Guam might capsize if we put too many military people on the island.
Understand the level of intelligence we are dealing with here.

Well, in the last few days, his flunkies at the EPA essentially outlawed coal-fired power plants, and he banned drilling for offshore oil in the Atlantic for at least five years. Other than that, not much. Probably just watched some basketball.
Pat, with that crowd it’s ALWAYS BEEN about ‘race’. It will never change. They peddle it like it’s their livelihood (which it is). They deal in it. They push it, and they try to sell it, every time they can.
End of article.....
As yet convicted of no crime, he is being crucified in the arena of public opinion as a hate-crime monster and murderer.
Is this our idea of justice?
No. But if the purpose here is to turn this into a national black-white face-off, instead of a mutual search for truth and justice, it is succeeding marvelously well.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I see this as yet another Alinsky type tactic of never letting a good crisis go to waste. I don’t see the purpose for stirring the racial pot between blacks and whites, but the media is fully on board with it.
Patrick just committed a hate crime by speaking the truth.
It’s always been about race. And all the things done since the 1950s to accomodate, repay, satisfy, all the money thrown, streets and schools renamed from American heroes to questionable characters, no-talent halwits lionized and awarded in Hollywood and on music charts, all of that for nothing, as the ghetto has remained a ghetto and the attitudes have worsened in it and outside it.
“Facts are racist.”
Ah, I see you are one of the enlightened ones! You should write for the People’s Cube.
Race?
Isn’t it his skin color and liberal whites’ guilt complex that got Bambi elected?
“...if the purpose here is to turn this into a national black-white face-off, instead of a mutual search for truth and justice, it is succeeding marvelously well. “
Where is the healing from our president?
Where are the calming words, the reassurances
that our system will find the truth.
Instead he personalized the situation as though it
was “his own son”.
This inculcates a sense of racial divide, the son
of the first black president, murdered by a white,
and we all know whites are racist hateful killers
underneath. Or so the race baiters keep telling them
at every opportunity like this that arises. They
don’t tell them this when a black kills a black
or even when a black kills a white although
they will say it’s all a symptom of white oppression.
The liberals are ginning up black rage to build
for the election, and in the event he loses, look out.
He won’t have lost because he is a socialist, and
incompetent but because white people won’t accept
a black man.
” Well, in the last few days, his flunkies at the EPA essentially outlawed coal-fired power plants, and he banned drilling for offshore oil in the Atlantic for at least five years. “
4 more years of this?
This is just one week.
Exactly! And if any journalists were worthy of the name, they would be reporting this fact. I knew it was bad, but I didn’t know it was that bad (Perhaps because black males between 16 and 36, though only 2 to 3 percent of the population, are responsible for a third of all our crimes.
Jesse and Al do not seem concerned about the white kid in KC who was doused with gasoline and set on fire by 2 black thugs, who also told him he was getting what he deserved as a white boy. Nor have I heard them mention the elderly white couple who were beaten (the woman was also sexually assaulted and died the next day) by a bunch of black thugs. Those crimes don’t count to the race pimps.
The majority of the time, Pat makes sense, so it’s time for the libtards to trot out the usual “I liked it better in the original German” when Pat gets attention.
Where is Saul Alinsky buried??? I need to take a big crap!!!
