“Just because one wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum,”

Knocking someone down and pounding their head on the sidewalk does, though.

They are killing each other left and right in Chicago, go there and wear your hoodie and see how long you last.

Hey, Mr. Rush! Is that a “Bloods” hoodie, or a “Crips” hoodie?

Keep it up, Dems. You already have white voters screaming and running towards the GOP, even without a decent candidate.

“Just because one wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum,” Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) declared as he donned a hoodie and sunglasses on the House floor . . . . . .

What is troubling is that this type of moronic idiocy comes out of the mouth of an elected Congresscritter - alledgedly someone smarter than the rest of us and more capable of making tough decisions.

Which begs the question, what was his toughest decision today?? The gangsta look or the more innocent hoodie and sunglasses that STILL makes him look like a moron on the House floor look??

Exactly where in the Constitution is this whole episode any business of Congress? They should be tarred and feathered and run out of D.C. for attempting to induce civil disorder and trying to circumvent the Constitutional protections due Mr. Zimmerman.

“Just because one wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum,” Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) declared as he donned a hoodie and sunglasses on the House floor – at which point the session’s chair called the sergeant-at-arms to enforce the House rule on decorum

No, Bobby, sometimes, like yourself, you're a hoodlum first, and then put on the hoodie.
