I know Vancouver’s were recorded and even Costa Rica’s were but I have not seen nor heard anyone posting such from Wisconsin.

If they had recordings, it should be easy to eliminate a lot of things that might be causing it. I saw one of the drain-cleaner, tinfoil, soda bottle bombs go off New Years eve. It was very loud. http://www.hoax-slayer.com/drano-bottle-bomb.shtml
