Muslim woman applies for job at McDonalds wearing no headbag (hijab). She arrives at work the first day wearing a headbag which is prohibited. Soon she will have the litigation jihadists from CAIR filing a lawsuit against McDonalds on her behalf. The Muslim job applicant reported to CAIR-MI that she recently applied for employment at a McDonalds restaurant in Rochester Hills, Mich. During the interview, she alleges that one of the restaurant managers told her that wearing an Islamic headbag, or hijab, would be a problem. The applicant contacted the manager within a week after the interview to inquire about possible employment and was informed that someone else was selected for the position.
We urge McDonalds to take immediate action to bring its hiring policies into compliance with long-established legal guidelines on reasonable religious accommodation in the workplace, said CAIR-MI Executive Director Dawud Walid.
He noted that in 2008, CAIR-MI raised concerns with threatened McDonalds regarding two similar incidents in which Muslim women alleged being denied employment because of hijab. Walid said Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 requires employers to reasonably accommodate the religious practices of an employee, unless doing so would create an undue hardship for the employer. (How about the hardship of losing customers because they dont want to be waited on by people who look like terrorists?)
CAIR has the cojones to pass out a booklet called An Employers Guide to Islamic Religious Practices to help corporate managers gain a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.New Religious Discrimination Manual Released
I would go up to one, order stuff and tell them about all the pork throughout the products and now in the air.
I’d think .05% pork being added to every product should just about do the trick.
And I love it in milkshakes! Actually, since we raise our pork here, the more products we add it to - the better.
If I see a headbag, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Where exactly is this McD’s? I live in the area (now) and I’d love to buy a lot of burgers there.
And Fvck a bunch of muzzies...
Hmmmm......so the corporate lawyers would not suspect ethics violations for collusion between “Client victim” and CAIR counsel?
Maybe they get paid time off when McRib is back?
Islam is not a religion. It is a weapon intended to take down western civilization. I think it should be outlawed.
One of my friends made me a homemade milkshake a few weeks ago that had bacon and bourbon in it. It was actually pretty good.
Employers should never say anything....just don’t hire them, but don’t say anything that will give them reasons to sue.
My good friend Jack Daniels makes EVERYTHING better. And bacon adds a delightful taste, as well as a pest repellent!

EXACTLY SO !
If the headbag wasn’t relevent for the interview, but it now it relevent for the job , it seems to me that this is a “set-up job” against the employer ~ call it what it is : LEGALIZED CIVIL ENTRAPMENT (and hyopocracy) .

I don’t know about the bacon in a shake, but the bourbon works for me. Besides, ragheads despise alcohol just as much as they do bacon ... so either one in a shake is a good thing. LOL!
Did you read the post? The women interview without head scarves and then wear one to work. This actually happened in a very upscale NYC department store.
The only way around it is to ban all head coverings, but maybe they are afraid of being sued for that!
Pork fat Rules!
Hey B#$ch, maybe the hairnet that is required by HAACP laws would mess up your hair-bag.
Get over it!
In that case, don’t hire anyone who even remotely looks Arab.
And yet one of the restaurant managers mentioned that a hijab would be a problem on the job. Why? He would have been better off keeping his mouth shut on the subject. Which I believe was dfwgator's point.
