I think that George Zimmerman sought out, stalked, followed, hunted, and murdered Treyvon Martin, and he should get life in jail for what he did.

That being said, the mainstream media is being hugely biased by showing this outdated picture of Treyvon Martin:

The mainstream media is afraid to show us that the current Treyvon Martin has tattoos and gold teeeth, that his chosen screen name is "NO_LIMIT_NIGGA," and that his friends praised him for hurting Zimmerman:

Good point.

But the process of jury selection is supposed to filter out people who have already drawn any kind of conclusion, whether it be guilty or not guilty. Of course with such a broadly publicized case such as this, that could end up being quite difficult.

I confess to being guilty of having allowed myself to be brainwashed by the media - the very same media which I myself had accused of being biased. How ironic.

Perhaps I was foolish to have said it. More likely, I was foolish to have allowed myself to be fooled by media bias.

But anyone who has an opinion on a particular case is usually excused from serving on the jury for that particular case anyway.

That charming face is the image Martin chose to use as the background of his now deleted Twitter page, NO_LIMIT_NIGGA. It's the mugshot of rapper Corey Miller, aka C-Murder, who is doing life without parole for beating up and shooting to death 16-year-old Steve Thomas in 2002 at a night club in Harvey, Louisiana. Quite the hero for young wannabe thug Trayvon to worship!

Trayvon's Twitter account has been deleted. However, I found a Google cache of it, dated Feb 6, 2012 12:29:45 GMT, here. (You may need to disable JavaScript to avoid being redirected to a blank Twitter page.)

Trayvon's page lists his name as SLIMM, his location as YO HOE CRIB, and his (favorite?) website as LIES.COM. Dude liked caps.

And, lest anyone question whether it really is his page, the Google snapshot shows a 15-hour-old birthday greeting from the lovely and charming EatYhurBrainz, aka Kia (whose ballistic background pic would have pleased Doc Edgerton). Kia turns out to attend the same high school as Martin. And her greeting would have been sent on the evening of 5 February. Martin was born on 5 February 1995.

Don't you think life in jail is a bit harsh for taking out the trash? I'm prepared to take Zimmerman's account of the incident at face value. I don't know that I'd give him a medal, but he's certainly not guilty of a crime.

How do you know that Zimmerman didn't follow Martin to get a description and then went back and called the police? How do you know that Martin didn't follow Zimmerman to the vehicle? You don't know.
