There is no way Zimmerman will get a fair trial if he is charged with any crime. If it’s a black jury, he’ll go down because of jury nullification. If it’s a white jury, they’ll either acquit because of the facts or convict because of either the facts or fear of reprisals. The best he can hope for is a plea. But that won’t satisfy the race baiters. They’ll accuse the prosecution of giving Zimmerman favorable treatment. And if Zimmerman would happen to go to prison, he’s a dead man. He’ll have to go into solitary. He needs to escape to Sweden or Upper Mongolia or somewhere like that.
Zimmerman got out of his SUV to follow Trayvon on foot.

Zimmerman acted stupidly and he wasn’t even DC police. For that, he should be charged with somethin somethin. A minor is dead, a guest of the HOA. The HOA is gonna settle and there will be more foreclosures in the state of Florida cuz HOA insurance is going to go through the roof. Zimmerman not evil but stupid and his jumping to conclusions ended up with a dead HOA “guest”. I don’t care what color either of them are. Florida is not a racist state - too many transplants live here who were never racist.

I said in a thread yesterday that based on what was out there in the news it may have been a bad shoot, but this story blows that out of the water. If the kid started the escalation with a punch and was on top of Zimmerman smashing his head in, it not only is a good shoot but seems to have saved his life and possibly others lives had that drug using kid gotten a hold of Zimmerman’s gun and then went out looking to score.
