Zimmerman acted stupidly and he wasn’t even DC police. For that, he should be charged with somethin somethin. A minor is dead, a guest of the HOA. The HOA is gonna settle and there will be more foreclosures in the state of Florida cuz HOA insurance is going to go through the roof. Zimmerman not evil but stupid and his jumping to conclusions ended up with a dead HOA “guest”. I don’t care what color either of them are. Florida is not a racist state - too many transplants live here who were never racist.
I’m not sure I completely understand all of your post, but let’s say you are the DA. Based on FACTS, what would you charge Mr Zimmerman with?
