As for the victim helping the perp, why would anyone render aid to someone who they had to shoot in self defense?
Once you have the victim subdued, you cannot use deadly force.

the only reliable statements are statements immediately after the incident....on the record...no prepping or fixing it to fit your attitude...
where was the victim shot?...face, chest? ...at what angle?....
why is basic info not available.....and doesn't anybody have accurate height and weigth ofn these two...
