President Barack Obamas healthcare initiative is the biggest attempt at a government overreach in U.S. history, Pam Bondi, Floridas attorney general, who is leading the fight against the program, tells Newsmax.TV.
And that is why Bondi is confident the Supreme Court will vote to overturn the Affordable Care Act after three days of hearings next week.
Were optimistic that they will rule in our favor because this is so much bigger than healthcare, said Bondi in an exclusive interview. Its the biggest attempt at an overreach in our history. So we have to fight it and we have to stop it.

Totally hogwash, just tell me WHY she’s afraid of doing the real service to our country, the work, a Patriot, lawenforcment MAN, Sheriff Joe Arpaio does???
He has cojones, and naturally her as a female have NONE???
Marco himself KNOWS he is NOT eligible!
He duck that issue EVERYTIME it’s presented to him!!
Those who are pushing that envelope are also ENDORSING that Bari, Barry Soetoro, Soebarkah, Harrison J. Bounell, Steve Dunham, the illegal alien and usurper p-Resident in the W.H. aka BHO is eligible as a NBC. I voted for Pam, but I now regret!!!
Kennedy has a long history of expanding it's reach.
So it actually looks pretty bad for beating this in the Obscene Court.
If Rubio is elected VP he will be sworn in and your lawsuit will be laughed out of court.
Please save it for Obama.
If Marco Rubio is elected VP in November, he would have to resign as Senator before January 20, 2013 and Gov. Scott would name a temporary senator to serve until a special election is held in November 2014. I would be surprised, though, if Gov. Scott named Pam Bondi to the Senate. I believe that Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll is a more likely choice, as would Adam Putnam or (if, God forbid, he loses in his new district) Allen West.
Or he could name himself I suppose.
Great suggestions overall.
As Impy pointed out in another thread, Rubio was born in the USA to resident alien parents. that makes him eligible.
Naming himself to the Senate is one thing that Scott almost certainly couldn’t do (not that there’s a SCOTUS case on point or anything). Scott could resign and have new Governor Carroll appoint, him, though, and perhaps he could travel out of state and have Carroll, as Acting Governor, appoint him.
But why would Scott want to get himself appointed to the Senate (the track record for governors who have done that is not good) and then have to face the voters in both 2014 and 2016 instead of just running for reelection as governor in 2014?
I just threw it out there is all.
The idea of Allan West is very exciting IMO.
NO he’s NOT, even if he was born on 4th. July in the Lincoln Bedroom!
Rubio, Sr. arrived here in Florida 1956-57 being a Cuban citizen. He became a naturalized citizen in 1975-76!!
Rubio, Jr. is born 1971 four years BEFORE father was naturalized. So the same as Bari’s father was/is a Kenyan/British citizen made him a foreign citizen. IF bari is born in the U.S., which is very doubtful, he can ONLY be a “Native” citizen, and the same for Rubio, Jr. and HE knows that, because he ALWAYS sidestepping the issue when the media trying to press him. There’s NO distiction in the CONSTITUTION whether you are a democRAT or a pubbie!!!
So in your assesment you are telling us ALL that Bari, Barry Soetoro, Soebarkah, Steve Dunham, Harrison J. Bounell, the long legged McDaddy aka BHO is eligible to steal the W.H???
Why you don’t you stick to Obama and leave Governor Jindal and Senator Rubio the hell alone. You are not winning any friends by smearing them.
Did you vote for Marco Rubio, dude, I DID and hes still NOT a NBC and Jindal NOT either. Had you mentioned my personal friend L.Col. Allen West we would have agreed!
Just continue to be an ostrich with your head in the sand!!
Your childish insulting shows you are deep into the bottle or smoking something. People here on F.R. know exactly where I stand on Barry Soetoro, but apparently YOU dont!!!
Maybe you could learn a l i t t l e about the CONSTITUTION and other scary things that you and other RINOs are afraid of facing???

Megyn Kelly said last week she was really on the fence about her prediction but was leaning towards it being overturned. FWIW.
Considering how complicated the tax code is as it is, it does seem hard for me to believe that the court would find something fundamentally unconstitutional about a checkbox on your tax return that indicates whether you are exempt from a certain tax or not. Taxes are already about as arbitrary as they can get.
Stop embarrassing yourself and save your attacks for Obama.
Secondly, you're a tad aggressive and rude. Why? At this point I don't know or care.
I would suggest you read this. As it is quoted directly from the Constitution, it spells out what's what.

And I'll speak for both myself and Impy: take your electronic jihad somewhere else; we don't care.
Confident? The republic hangs on one vote. Let’s pray that the justices stay healthy for a few more months.
God help us!
It's not a requirement by Jim Robinson to KNOW one another to post on his site F.R., and if you feel debating issues is rudeness feel free to report it to him!!!
Now since I'm not from Rio Linda and NOT a NBC either, and English is my third language, maybe you please can teach me where I'm wrong interpreting this line above quoted in YOUR link???
I would suggest you clearly read the next post by null and void, = post #62!!!
Here’s a quote in red you see, when you are alerted having new posts for you!!!
