Perhaps your parents are (or some day will be, maybe not-if they're already dead) in their early 70s.
Let me know when that day comes so I can tell you that they've had a good run, time to go, and, BTW, your kid's an a**hole.
I have a terminal lung disease (Pulmonary Fibrosis) I'm 70 too old for a transplant. I have had a GREAT run and just enjoying the short time that I have left. My children agree and don't you even think about calling them ASSHOLES!
