ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.
Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.
What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.
The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.
It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.

The bottom line is if Zimmerman had backed off, we'd still be getting the narrative. The facts are secondary to the narrative.
The evidence is that Zimmerman lost sight of Trayvon, and Zimmerman was effectively "giving up the chase" and in retreat.

It's not like Martin was hunting Zimmerman. It was like Zimmerman was hunting Martin.

There are even OTHER witnesses who saw part of the events. Remember, it was dark and rainy, so folks weren't sitting out there on their porch.
Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and now Obama have Zimmerman convicted without a trial just because of his race. How different is this than in the Jim Crow days where just because of race and suspicion of a crime Blacks were lynched?
I’m just wondering if Obama has called the 90 year old man who had his 85 year old wife beaten to death by the 21 year old black thug which was posted here yesterday? Did he want his daughter to look like that woman did, bloody, beaten, dead!!! Did you Obama? You slime ball thug liar pig faced AH.
Read the earlier posts ~ i know there are folks who visit FR only on the weekends. THEy miss stuff. It’s still there. One way is simply look up the threads I’ve been on ~ I think I posted at least one thing, if only a “HI THere, my name is Muawiyah” ~ this was a big case all week and so far there are NO Magic Bullets ~ I’m not being hostile ~ we are getting ready to go see the new baby. Won’t be here most of the day!
And there is evidence that Martin's body was a far from the street as it was possible to be in that area. Where was Zimmerman returning from?
And you know Zimmerman did not have such an armband how? And even if he did, in the dark someone is going to see it? Be impressed by it? Worry about it?
All I have to say to you is: When your daughter comes into your bedroom and says “daddy, there is a man staring at me in my bedroom window” you better not go outside to investigate it because YOU would be precipitating the situation you find yourself in. In your world, better to call the police and giving the guy 10 minutes to get away and search for little girls unlocked bedroom windows in another community...eh?
