???

Telling McCain to get the choke hold off of my religion is a fallacy? Telling McCain that can’t demand Catholics pay for ‘birth control’ is a fallacy?

The government can demand that the option for birth control coverage be offered, but it cannot force anyone to purchase it as part of their coverage.

So I don’t get what you are saying at all..

My thought is that the argument must be made on other grounds than Christian beliefs. The person demanding birth control has no right to force all others to provide that which she is unwilling to provide for herself.

The whole question of government involvement in the issue is without basis. There is no authority for the government to have anything at all to do with birth control. That authority has been assumed out of thin air. Birth control is not a health issue, it is an economic issue. If the woman can’t control her urges then she must be forcibly sterilized for the benefit of society.

That principle is the issue of the coming election. The out of control power must be reigned in and the rules such as the one in question must be abolished. Alternatively, there must be blood in the streets to settle the issue one way or the other
