Can he pardon himself for fraud?
He will come completely unhinged. He will decide that if he isn’t the boss then nobody will be boss. On Dec 21, something will “accidentally” happen in the Middle East, kicking off WWIII, thus validating the Mayan calendar.
He will drop his pants during a primetime speech and moon America, then call it a wardrobe malfunction.
The press will not even notice.
Engineer a Jericho-like nuke strike on a few cities (in Red States, of course) and then declare martial law under the provisions of his new EO. Anyone who dissents will be hauled off to re-education camps under the NDDA.
Obama won’t leave quietly.
Manufacture an international “crisis,” declare martial law, suspend the Constitution, rule as a dictator “for the country’s good”.
Barry's people, of course, will file suit, pass as many regulations as possible, fire as many conservatives as possible, and basically do everything possible to make an incoming administration have a hard time. Unless it's Romney, then they'll just get a job with him and keep on doing what they do now.

How is the kenyan going to lose to Romney??? Romney’s only effective argument boils down to and will be generally understood to be “I can do socialism more efficiently than he can because I am a competent manager.” Just how many folks actually vote for an imitation when they can get the genuine article? When both candidates represent the same statist “principles” why would conservatives even bother to vote beyond the few who vote purely out of habit or civic duty?

I do not believe most “John Q Voters” view Romney the way you portray him.
Let me give you an example: My dad was a big time supporter of Bill Clinton. He voted for Al Gore and John Kerry.
But when Obama came along, he finally said NO to a Democrat. Many of his friends DID support Obama.
Today, dad only has ONE friend who is still an Obama supporter. The rest are going with a Republican...any Republican...and many hope it will be Romney because of his business experience.
They really do not SEE Romney as Obama-Lite. If they did, they’d vote for someone else, because Obama has really soured on them. (Dad has soured on the Democrat party, I hope for forever!)
Even Ron Paul appeals to some of dad’s pals—they love the idea of cutting spending (and these are OLDER folks!)...but Romney’s business acumen is carrying the day with them.
My observation, I think, is accurate.
I never thought of that scenario. Rather, I considered him issuing a blanket pardon in the coming months to all illegal aliens, urging them to register to vote.
Perhaps in the Northeast or in California. In my neighborhood it is not. The vote hereabouts will be very light if Romney is the Republican nominee. This is a heavily Republican-registered area, North Florida. Romney cannot carry Florida without a large Republican turnout in the northern counties. The Democrats are fanatic and will vote in large numbers. Republicans faced with Romney as the nominee largely will not think the trip to the polling station worth the bother. Think Gerry Ford without Ford's aura of integrity. The people here will turn out for Gingrich or Santorum or even Paul. Paul would even get some local Democrats. Palin would sweep North Florida were she the candidate.
