Newt Gingrich so much needs these two victories, but if Romney can come in third, I will better accept this night.
Very close in Mississippi:
Santorum
22,883 votes
33.4%
0
Gingrich
21,327 votes
31.1%
0
Romney
20,263 votes
29.6%
Facts ARE facts, but the fact is, this is s Republican PRIMARY where the choice is between Republicans, not a general election where the choice will be against Obama.
Politico: Newt within 1% in MS and climbing!
; )
This of course would make Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Michael Medved, Michael Savage, Karl Rove, Bob Dole, George Bush, Matt Drudge, Ann Coulter, Jeb Bush, Lindsay Graham, John McCain, Meghan McCain and a host of others terribly sad tonight. :-( One can hope. One can pray.
Just had tamales with my brother’s Tuesday church night at our house. Watching AL/MS primary results.
Interesting you say that. My 24 year old son is not keen on any of the candidates but said at least you know where Santorum really stands.
Lott is at about the same level as a Pit Viper!
Lord, I know that.
The point has been made in the recent elections up north that there are examples that when the counties are late, or there is some snafu that delays their reporting, conservtives have won, contrary to the city vote.
In other words, in the city when the clock has run out, there is no time left for the city to find some dang late box to show up and counter the results of the rural vote. Just sayin’.
After all, RINOS can get just as desperate as Democrats.
Here’s a live thread...http://www.cbsnews.com/primary-election-results-2012/state.shtml?state=MS
Voted Newt....Way to go!!!!! Good feel isn’t it!
Haley Barbour was a huge disappointment to me when he chose Romney. I have lost respect for a number of prominent people during this process.
I didn’t think the Republican turn out was good at all either.
I live in the historic area which fronts the ghetto (solid black) so I know the democrats have a much larger voter ratio, but RLY, only 58 voters before me!
God bless you caww:)
I’ve been in the South and was introduced to sweet tea.... I liked it very much. I suspect it’s very tough on the Southern folks that become diabetic to have to stop drinking it.
I could use a vodka martini right now. Perhaps 3 or 4.
That is true. I think any of them could win, but a candidate that is favored by more voters will get more enthusiasm.
Someone else notices! And given that the state machines in both states (and both capitals in urban areas!) endorsed Mittens...
Thank you, God.
Er,....not you, cookcounty. The REAL one. :)
Bahahaha I just saw Romney on tv defending Romneycare by citing factcheck.org.
