The 1991 video shows a younger Obama, then president of the Harvard Law Review, speaking at a peaceful, racial equality rally led by professor Derrick Bell.
The event was in support of Bell, who was angry over Harvard's failure to offer tenure to black professors.
Obama is seen embracing Bell, described by Pollak as the "Jeremiah Wright of academia."
What do you think of the video? It will hurt Obama and propels the notion that he's a radical. 22%
What a joke. Nothing note-worthy happens in the video. 72%
I don't know. 5%

Thank you for your faith in my intelligence!
Totally agree.......
But I think Pollack's point is correct. The MSM didn't vet Obama, if anything they shielded him..and turned a blind eye.
In a nut shell the MSM focused on tearing down the Republicans, lying about Palin, doing disgusting "reporting"....to a point where the avg. dumb ass voter...didn't REALLY know who was who, and what was what.

"More than that, a close associate of the Obama campaign, Harvard Law Schools Professor Charles Ogletree, admitted on our exclusive tape, We hid this throughout the 2008 campaign."
You are kidding right?
I’m watching Bell’s movie now and I’m cracking up. Ronald Reagan is the alien overlord. LOL
I agree with Pollack’s point and stated that same point in my post.
Most people are wholly unaware of just how radical and anti-American Obama’s background is.
But, most Americans are also very unhappy with his performance as President...people are clearly hurting in today’s economy and they know its gotten a lot worse under Obama.
I'm hoping there are more films. Breitbart implied more than one film.
But it was aired (parts of it, at least) during the 2008 campaign. It’d be one thing if the video itself was a bombshell, but it’s not. If the most important point about this video is that it was hidden, the fact that it was broadcast seems to undermine that point.
“If the people Andrew Beitbart left behind are as smart as Breitbart himself, this is just the opening shot.”
I do agree with you and hope there is MUCH more than this little bit... I actually thought there was something for October? Maybe that was wishful thinking...
“Sorry, but if Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and all Obamas hidden history didnt make an impression with the 53% who voted for him, him publicly promoting another loser-leftist 20 years ago certainly wont.”
Sadly, you are 100% correct.
Speaking of percentages, I would expect Obama to get -at least- 45-47% of the vote this time around, and that constitues only his “guaranteed starting point”. His final total may be several percentage points higher.
We’ve become a “divided nation” now. And a large minority of the population are predisposed to vote for the socialists. There’s almost nothing we can do (short of “separation”) that will change that, or persuade them to do otherwise. Even in the event of a total national collapse, they would STILL be blaming the evil capitalists and conservatives to their last breath.
What could possibly change their minds?
I agree. I was hoping for more from these tapes.
If they had Obama directly saying racial things or calling for a radical redesign of our government and constitution, then that could call highlight what he stands for and he could be forced to either defend or denounce his prior statements.
But endorsing a speaker who says these things is no different than his current affiliations.
It’s a dud. I’m sorry but it is. Also it ruins one of the main talking points we had against him...teleprompter. He did the whole speech with what appears to be little or not notes.
It’s not going to change anyone’s mind and in fact because it appears like a dud may actually garner him some support.
Thanks for posting that link. Appears Bell’s theory has filtered down to the streets of Chicago where it is simply expressed as “whitey’s got it...”
Thanks-
the mainstream press covers-up five things more damaging to Obama than this every day
Can you give a link, or is it a DVD?
In 2008 1) we had an economic crash to worry about, and McCain seemed to be abungling fool, and 2) no pubbies were exercised about this except Hannity and talk radio, because the had no way to countering the race card. So most voters never saw or heard what Wrght said.
Um. There must be something better. HE thinks b o is a positive.
