Gregory asks Cantor about the Limbaugh comment.
[Rush has made himself the topic of the day.]
Gregory does criticize Romney for not coming out strongly against the Limbaugh comments.
[Code word for the moring: Rush is evil. EEEEEEEVVVVIL]
Gregory makes ‘contraception’ the issue.
[The deflection is in full force — keep the Republicans away from real issues — joblessness, economy, Obamacare — and cram a made-up issue down their throats. Sadly, it is working.]
I actually liked Santorum this morning. He was able to speak more like a normal person instead of a politician.
It’s not that the Left can’t take a joke. It’s that they’re always a step ahead of the Republicans. They create false issues with media support, pounce viciously on any questionable statements, and always force the Pubbies to tread water and, uh, er, eh, try to explain themselves. No offense on our side.
I dont believe Rush should apologize one bit. If anything these people on the left need to apologize to the rest of us for making a mountain out of a molehill.

Gregory editoralized a question to Cantor that the Republicans shouldn’t hit Obama over gas prices, because the real problem has been a lack of leadership from Congress — Republicans, and Dems to a lesser extent — for decades regarding drilling, etc.
[Gregory smiles while trying to provide cover for Obama on rising gas prices.]
So you aren’t in the least bit curious who he voted for in the Florida election? I understand the theory, but there is someone he voted for and most likely Santorum even though Newt matches him politically.
Some find it cowardly especially in the state of our Country and what is at stake. I guess you could say Rick got a bump out of his game but will still be able to push Mitt when the time comes.
A Statement from David Friend, CEO of Carbonite:
“No one with daughters the age of Sandra Fluke, and I have two, could possibly abide the insult and abuse heaped upon this courageous and well-intentioned young lady. Mr. Limbaugh, with his highly personal attacks on Miss Fluke, overstepped any reasonable bounds of decency. Even though Mr. Limbaugh has now issued an apology, we have nonetheless decided to withdraw our advertising from his show. We hope that our action, along with the other advertisers who have already withdrawn their ads, will ultimately contribute to a more civilized public discourse.”

You’re right but it’s maddening to me. It seems the best defenders of Republican ideals and issues are ex-Democrats who can play the games of personal destruction and use Democrat tactics back against them.
With the exception of a few, Alan West or Marco Rubio as examples, Republicans keep bringing knives to gun fights.
Can anyone verify if Carbonite pulled their ads? I don’t see anything at their site.
If they did, I an canceling.
No more Pro flowers either-used them a lot.
Thanks.

Round table on ABC, Super Tuesday Showdown
Will seems concerned over a prolonged primary season.
Dean - biggest problem is the 20 debates. The BC issue has sunk the republicans.
Peggy - the Rep. candidates are starting to make her nervous. candiates are getting knocked off their message and entering conversations that have nothing to do with the presidency (hint - Santorum). dials back a little about being nervous...
Donna Brazile - Huge enthusiasm gap, Romeny will probalby win, but the republs are losing their enghusiasm
Matthew Dowd - this has all been about Romney - all the other candidates have their own inherent flaws so can’t deliver the knock-out punch, but Romney continues to get damaged.

Well, we’ll just have to agree to disagree on this one, bray. I can argue that it is courageous to remain neutral at primary time so as to keep all factors and issues and possible outcomes equally in play once September comes, when his credibility will REALLY matter.
All that said, if my life depended on flimsy “conservatives” who one year announce the “era of Reagan” is over and then 4 years later tell us “I am Reagan”...
Well, never mind.
My nephew sadi he likes Mozy instead of Carbonite. They advertise with Hannity.
I agree. What he said is the truth. He has been bullied into apologizing and fell into their trap. The Alinsky crowd has now succeeded in making Rush the target and the subject for discussion!
This is most unfortunate.
I soooo agree with you.
I still think Rush won on all this..HE was the one that set the trap and today’s ability of conservatives n the talk shows being able to state over and over the reality that this is NOT about cxling birth control access.
Now Washerwoman is on her knees with Gregory ( sorry for an unbelievable disgusting image) and lying thru her teeth.Ha.
She is SHOCKED at the word slut, though I am sure she is very used to being called that. ha.
GO RUSH!!!! He WILL come out the winner on this.
THE WASHRAG on with Gregory whining about Rush calling the poor innocent “law student” a slut...Hey WASHRAG....you’re a media-slut!
Now blaming Republicans for delays on the Keystone Pipeline and claiming it would take 45 years to “pay for” the amount of oil we would save under “President Obama’s” policies.
My nephew sadi he likes Mozy instead of Carbonite. They advertise with Hannity.
Sanctimony is easy and runs both ways, Mr. Pansy.
If he wasn't a Mitt butt kisser I would say he misspoke.
For what it's worth, Hannity has been advertising for Mozi for some time now.
They tried to make him the subject today...AIN’T WORKING!
And because Rush said this, the conservatives get to blast this phony “women can’t get Birth control” phony issue out of the water and bring up their points again!!!
GO Rush!
