The photos only offered us a glimpse. But it was all we needed in order to know that Michelle Obama wore something special to the Governors' Dinner at the White House last night.
Forget the Oscars red carpet, the First Lady's asymmetric gown gave the A-list a serious run for their money.
The pale, cream-coloured gown had a crystal-embellished bodice in a design of leaves and flowers, and a chiffon bow at the shoulder.

It’s hard when you’re butt ass ooooogly like phat ass mabelle michelle, to appear attractive in anything, no matter how much the fawning media trys to play it up. If this was a conservative white Republican first lady wearing the same rags as moooochelle, the media would be screaming & howling with scorn & contempt for the flea market outfits favored by phatass mabelle michelle. Plus she is back to her angry looking scowl. As much as I hate 0dumb0sh_t, it must be like hell living with that perpetually angry beeeeeotch!

Can anyone find a full length photo?
This just does not show me the total picture.
Was she overdressed for the event by comparison?

She’s one angry, mean spirited, America hating woman.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

I thought the gown was quite lovely and her hair and makeup were attractive too. For not being attractive and hard eyes, she looked nice.

And they raised holy hell about the price of Sarah Palin’s wardrobe during the ‘08 campaign!

I don’t know who designed this dress, but that sheer deal with the bow on top just doesn’t work with the glitter. It just doesn’t.

I know it’s trendy, but what is the deal with mac and cheese being at a state dinner?

The dress would be fine at a Hooker's Convention.....not at the White House. She shows no respect for her position as First Lady.
Another thing that makes her look nuts, is the way she jumps all over the place like a teenager, when around kids.

It's another masterpiece from Renolds.

As usual- stripped down.
Mo, nobody wants to look at your greasy skin.
Try to have just a little respect for the position you hold.
You are a stain on American history.

With shoulders like hers....that dress is NOT flattering...it’s pretty, but not on her body type...IMHO.

LOL Well, that isn’t as bad as that bedspread she wore to the inaugural ball. :)

Without seeing the entire dress, it’s difficult to assess whether it’s a bit over the top but knowing her fashion sense I suspect it is. Parties and vacations seem to be all these two do so well and January cannot come early enough for me and my pocketbook.

She has a permanent frown frozen into her face. It's an obvious effort
for her to smile or look pleasant, and she accomplishes it infrequently.
She has a face sculpted by her soul.

It appears that she’s angrily berating those people, and with those shoulders, that bow looks ridiculous.
