A 20-year-old woman has been left brain dead - after she was Tasered by police and smacked her head on the ground. Danielle Maudsley had been taken to a Florida Highway Patrol Station after being arrested for a suspected hit-and-run in September. Handcuffed, she ran out of the door.
But as footage from a police cruiser dashboard camera reveals, Trooper Daniel Cole, who this week was cleared of any wrongdoing, fired a Taser's electric probes into her back.
She spun, fell backwards and hit her head on the ground. Bleeding and crying she tried to get up. She then blacked out and has remained unconscious ever since.

He could have chased her down. Tasers are becoming the “ easy “ way to take a person down. How did she get away from him? Just my opinion but i think he used it because he was too obese to do his job properly.
If the cop had tackled her he wouldn’t have stuck his locality with the hundreds of thousands of dollars

Surprised how many liberal name callers there are on FR now days.You don’t have a leg to stand on , on this one. She wasn’t tasered to death number one. She knocked herself senseless running for the third time. She had two hit and runs in a stolen car and was attempting to run after being arrested. I hope her death is painful. If I had been one of the people she hit, I guarantee it would have been when I caught her

Go and actually read the story. The cop showed remarkable restraint. I wouldn’t have been so tender if I’d been one of her hit and run victims when I caught her

This cop literally never even left a TROT, he didn’t even TRY to make an effort to catch her.
I beg to differ. He did catch her. She flopped her drug addled head into the concrete after being caught a second time. You can shed all the crocodile tears in the world for this perp if you like. What he did was tame compared to what I would have done if it had been me she hit and ran from. I would have probably been tazed to get me off her
