While positive ratings for Congress remain at an all-time low, more voters than ever see the Republican agenda in Congress as extreme.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 35% of Likely Voters say it would be more accurate to describe the agenda of Republicans in Congress as mainstream, while 52% feel extreme is a more accurate description. Thirteen percent (13%) are not sure.

VERY clever!! Hats off to you!
Extremism in defense of Liberty is no vice. Moderation in pursuit of Justice is no virtue.
Id like to know what the GOP Agenda is.
Good point MrB.
Amen, sir. I am satisfied with their results in 2011, but disgusted by the fact that they allowed Obama to retake the narrative. It is a failure of our communication strategy once again that is going to doom us.
It is up to us...the same citizens that arose in 2009 and 2010 to organize and communicate the message. Maybe this is the current charge of the tea party movement...grassroots organizing and setting up a superior messaging strategy. The RNC has proven time and again that they cannot do this.
Forget extreme,
Id like to know what the GOP Agenda is
Many of those same people could probably identify all the character’s names on South Park or the Simpsons.
Otherwise, the GOP Agenda is whatever the MSM says it is.
“...btw is he still looking for the killer of Nicole as he swore hed do?”

Yes but he must rely on others to do the actual searching, he merely coordinates the search from his prison cell.
Well, 52% of respondents supposedly said so. But I'd bet that out of those poll respondents who answered "extreme," the majority of them couldn't, without prompting, mention even one specific TRUE item in that agenda that they thought fit the description!
Furthermore, how does that mesh with Rasmussen's results showing the GOP with a slight lead in the generic congressional ballot? Do some favor "extreme" agendas?
And what percentage thought the Democrat agenda in Congress is "extreme"?
The Vox Populi has bought the media lie and we are so screwed!
What ticks me off is that I have to suffer with the braindead masses. I wish they would all move and let us live in peace.
Thanks for the ping!
Many idiots think the GOP controls both the House and Senate, which of course is blatantly incorrect.
Bingo! (cynical and reluctantly agreeing)

No, he absolutely is NOT!
Not good news. Rasmussen is a solid polling firm. Any info on the crosstabs?
I have to admit that this is disturbing, but it won’t be the last word in the election (I hope and pray and believe).
If the “GOP agenda” being referred to here is the elitist inside-the-beltway establishment’s relentless push to nominate a milquetoast moderate candidate and agenda, then I too would have to agree that the GOP agenda is too extreme in trying to win over so-called “moderates”!!
If asked, I’d wager a measurable percentage of the American people would like to be a firetruck.
