Governor Palin said that a brokered convention would not be a negative for the Republican party.

God NO! that might result in politicians doing the will of the people rather than themselves. Perish the thought that we abandon a failed Republican party that stand for Democrat policies and ideals, is polluted top to bottom with moderates/liberals and can’t even impeach Holder.
No, we MUST march of cliff after cliff because the big bad Obama Might win again.
Good luck with that.
You're correct and that's a damn shame. The GOP ought to nominate somebody who might actually beat Obama. In an election year where "anybody can beat Obama" it seems the GOP found the only four guys who can't.
All indications say this guy should be shopping for a house right about now and writing the speeches that will bring him big bucks on the post-presidential lecture circuit. Instead, he's leading in the polls and nobody even bothers to show up at the Republican primaries. It's pretty damn discouraging.
She was giving us clues to stay with Newt. If you go back in her speech, you can count the number of times, she referred to him. I loved the part where she slashed out to Ann Coulter about throwing the bath water out-did you guys catch that.. and how the politicians after arriving in Washington, have more money and live in large homes in Virginia/DC area forgetting the people back home..
Yeah she teared up my eyes for sure....missed her influence.
Start looking into the Ron Paul sites and forums then, they have an active plan going to get their people installed as stealth delegates who will switch their votes from Rick, Newt or Mitt to Paul when they get the chance.

GO SARAH GO! She will be the one from the brokered convention that will go forth and beat the Obomination.
100% agree.....NO 3RD PARTY!!
I would rather start the 2nd Civil War than go thru that waste of time.
In her speech, there were several lines that none of our candidates have expressed as she did about going after Obama. My hubby and I were both so moved. If she doesn’t want to be the nominee, I hope she helps Newt because we are going to need one mean bad determined person (as she referred) to take on the left.
...no more shrubs...
I don’t want to keep repeating myself, but I differentiate between a third party of the Ross Perot type and a new second party.
It doesn’t happen very often—usually less than once a century—but from time to time a party dies, and a new party takes its place. The GOP replaced the Whig Party not long before the Civil War. The Whig Party had grown totally corrupt and useless, and was kicked into the trash.
Well, it sure looks as if the Republican Party has chosen to take that same route. They would rather die than change. They’ve had a good run, more than 150 years, and they seem to be determined to commit suicide.
This isn’t something that can be pushed ahead of its time. But I suspect that the time may have finally arrived. We shall see.
Bold changes are the only way to turn this mess areound.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If Barack Obama gets reelected we are going to Hell. If we are foolish enough to elect Mitt Romney we Deserve to go to Hell.
I, too, hope Sarah helps Newt. Praying for those big changes with ya.
I would go so far as to say it would be a good thing, as long as the result isn't Romney or any of the other candidates, if they can't make it to the convention and win under their own power.

I heart Sarah
Sorry for posting twice. We are having power problems and I couldn’t tell if the first post went through.
Provided Jeb Bush remains miles away, the GOP Convention could be meaningful.

AND Chris Cristie!!! He’s a Blue Dog Dem on some issues, IMO, just like Romney and Santorum.
