Targeted assassinations are not now and never will be “terrorism”.
Terrorism seeks to influence opinion and politics through terrorizing a populace.
These guys are NOT trying to terrorize the Iranian populace - they are trying to bring down the Mullah regime.
They are revolutionaries and assassins - but not terrorists.
