I could live with the results if Mitt and Newt take each other out and Rick slides in there. If that was the case, then IMHO Newt will have done something great for his country.

Hee hee! Santo kicking mitt’s butt! Mitt always looks like he’s been crying; tonight he really was. This could be the beginning of the end for “grimace-Omney.” (the way dick morris pronounces his name)! If only!

Looking pretty decisive for Santorum in MO. so far. Minnesota is pretty surprising. I knew Santorum would run well there but I didn’t think he would do this well.

Even though it’s a “beauty contest,” a loss is a loss is a loss. And for the winner, it will have people looking at him and it will boost campaign fundraising as well.

Mitt getting kicked to the curb as we speak, in Minnasodah! Even Paul is beating him in one of the races. LOLOLOLOLOLOL Can we unite on this? At least have a jolly good laugh tonight as Freepers at Mittens' expense?? Do I have a witness? Do I hear an "Amen!"? (9:25 p.m. Eastern)

MO 19.6% IN:

SANTORUM: 52.6%
ROMNEY: 26.3%

THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!! Strong support for Santorum in the rural areas and also in Greene County (Springfield).

We just have to see how the votes from the St. Louis and Kansas City areas come in. I know they both have some very strongly Republican suburbs.

I'm going to write up an official update and submit it to FOX. I think this will get me hired in a heartbeat...

"Following up on his blowout wins in Florida and Nevada, Mitt Romney is showing equal parts electability and inevitability as he is poised to put in a powerful performance at the polls in the key swing state of Colorado. Official returns are set to arrive shortly.

Meanwhile in what many are calling a shocking waste of taxpayer money in these troubled economic times, Missouri is holding a non-binding primary that the political pundits are saying is the equivalent of a beauty contest and not worth taking seriously at all. In fact, not all of the candidates even bothered applying for the ballot.

In other news, Minnesota, the state that elected pro-wrestler Jesse Ventura as their governor and Saturday Night Live alumnus Al Franken as its senator, is keeping its eccentric reputation alive by showing some very unexpected, some say downright kooky results in its Republican primary. Stay tuned for the details after this lengthy expose on the Madonna Superbowl malfunction and the latest hijinks from the Kardashians. Rest assured we will break into the coverage as soon as the final word on Mitt Romney's blowout win in Colorado comes into our news desk."
