Ann Coulter, the columnist who just defended RomneyCare, told Bret Baier that the Tea Party would prove they are hypocrites if they vote for the candidate who influence peddled at Freddie Mac:

Itd be one thing if she were saying this as a supporter of Santorum, but Romney? Cmon.
I've also noted that most politicians who've signed on with Mitt, have done so after large "donations" to their campaigns but of course, they weren't being bribed to do so, it's just "politics as usual," isn't it?
Cried an aging, sharp-cornered Maher crony,
With a bottom exceedingly bony,
..I’ll say this for my rump:
..Though it may not be plump,
It’s my own, not a silicone phony.
Ann could take a bath in a down spout.
(Come back to the dark side, Ann .... )
That being said, if she were to insult him and those here point blank, that friendship may not last for long.
In any case, why ban articles about those who you disagree? What would be the point of this site if everyone all thought the same? Groupthink is a terrible thing, IMO.
Oh, and FU Romney!
Folks, between ann’s replacement with a Romney Fembot, and the strong pro-Hussein sentiment remaining in the country, the CERTAIN MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD we can expect with no interference from the DOIJ, and the 3 way split of principled voters between Newt, Paul and Santorum, this is a good time to hit the FR prayer thread:

Divine assistance is really needed if we are to turn this thing around!

This fr thread has several links that exposes Romney flat out lied in the Florida debate when he claimed his profits from Fannie and Freddie came from a blind trust.
Ann is a flibbertigibbet.
There for a little while, I thought Ann got it - she don’t
FRiend, sentiments such as we CANNOT survive another 4 years of Obama reflect hysteria and blind fear, and while fear is a very good warning mechanism, it's a BAD guide for decisions and planning, and hysterical people are practically guaranteed to make moves that will lead to their defeat. Courage, on the other hand, leads to the path of victory.
Here's the truth: "We might not survive another four years of Obama."
Another truth, solid and certain, no "might" or "maybe" about it: If Romney got the White House, liberalism in the Republican and Democrat parties would grow more powerful.
Here are some "mights" and "maybes" and even "probablies" to ponder. If Obama won, Congress would VERY probably move hard right and Republicans would grow stronger in their ability to unite to fight the advaces of statism. If Romney won the White House, Congress would almost assuredly MOVE LEFT, and Republicans would most likely become nearly powerless and impotent in fighting the same advances in statism as Obama would make when they're being made by their own party's administration.
My thinking on this comes from acknowleding the warnings of fear, putting the fear aside, engaging in long contemplation, reflection, and thinking it through.
ALL THAT ASIDE, I also take very seriously the truth of "God and Country." Allegiance to God comes before allegiance to Country. A hard, solid TRUTH is that Romney has used his political office to PROMOTE easy, cheap abortion and the embrace of -- and even declaration of -- homosexuality in children -- this Gay Youth Pride group sanctioned by Romney "reaches out" to kids as young as 6th grade.
Both of those things, my FRiend, are abominations, brazen affronts to God and the Christian values on which the nation was founded. I believe that if it is a face-off between Romney and Obama in the 2012 General, it will be a test from God to see if Americans will put God before Country and resist the temptation to justify voting to make the most powerful politician in a nation founded "under God" such an agent of evil as to use his political office to enable cheap abortion-on-demand PLUS leading innocent children astray to the embrace of biblically proscribed sexual perversion.
The election of Romney, no matter how Americans justified it, would be to willfully debase our blessed United States of America, and I believe would invite the wrath of God and give Him reason to abandon us.
On the other hand, if we God-loving, God-fearing Americans are FAITHFUL and COURAGEOUS enough to put God before Country and reject such an agent of heinous depravity as Romney IS, even though it meant another four years of Obama -- I believe to the depths of my heart that God would then BLESS US in our endeavors to vanquish Obama and all the immoral statism of liberalism, and that God would bless us in our efforts to reclaim America.
Between Obama and Romney, voting on the premise that Romney is the "lesser evil" is to strike a bargain with the Devil. I'd rather put my faith in GOD and trust that by doing what will please HIM will most likely save our country. I REFUSE to debase myself or my Country by trying to justify voting FOR a person, Romney, who has perpetrated such heinous evil in America as leading innocent children astray.
GODSPEED NEWT GINGRICH.
FWIW, I don’t think Gingrich was what the Tea Party movement had in mind when they formed, he’s merely one of the last two standing.......
Not a surprise.
It does appear that way, doesn't it?
Ann Coulter became a traitor when she denounced the BC thing.
Ann Coulter is channeling her boyfriend, Bill Maher.
No I think her new boyfriend is Rachel Maddow
I’m glad I never bought any of her books.
Maybe she’ll appeal to the left and they can buy her books...hahahahahaha
One possibility other than a more socially liberal ideology on her part is the Drudge/Coulter connection. We know Drudge and Coulter have been BFFs for years. Drudge offers enormous promotion for Coulter’s books and I’m pretty sure they have consistently been promoted on there. We know Drudge is in bed with the Romney camp, which has been widely reported in the press and is obvious from the constant slant against anyone challenging Romney in the race. Drudge may simply be promising Ann more promotion of her books if she backs Romney publically or she may feel she needs to return the favor for past promotion.
More evidence she has altered her views on Newt...

“Never Trust A Liberal Over 3” by Ann Coulter, published July 21, 2004
“This is what Republicans are like today. They swear up and down not to trust the liberal media, but as soon as that very media demonize some Republican, half our party is ready to dump him... Another candidate liberals told us was a disaster for the party was Ronald Wilson Reagan... Other Republicans we’ve been told were a disaster for the party are Newt Gingrich who produced the jaws-of-life to tear Congress from the Democrats”

“LIBERAL WAR ON TERRORISM HEATS UP: DELAY FINALLY CAPTURED” by Ann Coulter, published April 5, 2006
She defends Newt against the frivolous ethics charges that Democrat opponents slapped on him:
“at the urging of the Democrats, the Internal Revenue Service spent 3 1/2 years investigating Gingrichs
college course. After all the hullabaloo, the result was: No crime. The classes were not biased toward particular politicians or a particular party thus distinguishing Gingrichs class from every other college course in America.”
Your post is interesting, but I’m not following the part about why an Obama win would cause Congress to move right, whereas a Romney win would cause Congress to move left. Are you assuming a Republican majority in both of those scenarios?
As in, Republicans would not want to fight against their R president, even if he is very liberal, but would not hesitate as much to fight if Obama was still in power. If so, why have the Repubs not fought very hard since 2010? Guess I’m not following the logic although you might be correct. Maybe you are assuming we’ll get the house AND senate, in which case R’s would have a lot more power to fight than they do right now???
I absolutely agree with God’s judgement on this nation, but both Romney and Obama are such liberal, homosexual supporting, pro choice candidates that I’m not sure if God’s judgement would be harsher on our nation for one than the other. Maybe you are saying if that is our choice, we should all just leave the President slot blank on election day?? I’d love to hear more of your thinking on this, though, as I’m afraid all conservatives may have to face this awful choice. I continue to pray we don’t.
Hey Ann....eat a cheeseburger, and then go pound sand.
I am soooo tired of these has-beens like Coulter, Armey, et al giving us our candidates! I know I’ll regret calling Coulter a has-been.
“I made up my mind I couldnt vote for Newt when the whole Fanny/Freddie connection came out.”
Why? I don’t understand why you would demonize an individual for earning a living as a consultant, even if you do not like the employer.
