As JimRob just wrote to me and said...just ignore Manc it usually works for me.

There is no need to respond any further to anyone that is deliberately dishonest and now everyone knows it.

Minor correction, but major change to implication. I took Surfer’s question to mean what should he do about posters that irritate him. My answer was that ignore usually works for me. It was meant to be general in nature and not about a specific person.

Now I see how quotes supposedly from me sometimes get all balled up and twisted.

I might also add that when posters no longer allow me to ignore them, and insist upon elevating the problem beyond mere irritation, sudden problem solving actions sometimes take place.
