An advisor to Donald Trump says he will make a major announcement in Las Vegas tomorrow. Sources tell the 8 News NOW I-Team Trump will endorse Newt Gingrich.

Good news for two reasons. Trump isn’t going to be a spoiler running third party and second he is giving Milt the shaft. Nice.
Remember, Trump "promised" to "consider" running as a third party candidate if he wasn't satisfied with the GOP nominee. Since it is, unfortunately, looking more and more like that nominee will be Mittens then one could easily conclude that we are being set up for a Trump effort to support The One.
Or maybe not. Maybe he is going to start throwing money at Newt and we will have a real race for the GOP nomination.
Last week it would have helped Newt more.
If Romney is elected, Trump might run as an independent.
My hope is where Donald’s endorsement goes, so goes his money... I am looking for a facebook link or some sort of social page for Donald, or even a phone number for his corp, so if this is true tomorrow - I believe it is - Newt supporters can pounce and thank him bigtime!!
If you read the statement, all it says is that Mr. Trump will be making an announcement regarding the Presidential race tomorrow.
NOWHERE does it say that Trump is endorsing Newt; for all we know, he could use his press conference to announce a third-party run, and Trump being Trump, I wouldn’t put it past him.
trump has said he will never run against someone who he endorsed... thus this endorsement could mean that Trump is warning that if Mitt is nominated he will run against him 3rd party

I hope if this endorsement is true that Trump goes at Mitt with both barrels blazing.
This will help get the excitement and momentum back to Newt.
I can’t stand Trump but who can be picky right now. Some people like him so maybe that will help out. Go Newt!

Oh, never mind. I hope he does, but Trump being Trump, don’t believe it till he does it. And then keep in mind that (in his mind) What Trump giveth, Trump can taketh away.
Didn’t Rudy endorse Newt too? maybe with Trump and Rudy...Newt will take NY! lol and what can I say..all of a sudden I like Trump.
