Gingrich has 25% and Santorum has nearly 19%. If/when one of them drops out, the race could swing in the direction of the one remaining.
Why should Santorum drop out? He has won as many primaries, to date, as Gingrich.
Why should Gingrich drop out? He can’t win after a Bloody October barrage against him by Team Obama.
If neither Santorum nor Gingrich budge, we get Romney, unless Paul can garner a few actual #1 wins.

Extrapolating from the reactions to media coverage of the campaigns so far, I give it another three or four weeks before voters (especially conservatives) won’t trust ANYBODY.
(That’s no trick at all for me.....I’ve had the whole bunch on a Read-But-Verify basis ever since 1968.)
